Nandini ws sitting on her bed with a love story book in her hand.. Her belly had grown huge due to twin babies and it was a tough job for her to d household work! Manik decided to stay at home but Nandini did'nt want him to ignore his work so she forced him to go to office. He ws d CEO of Malhotra and Companies. Navya decided to stay with Nandini..

Nav- take this, eat some soup

N- no navya i dont want this, i want cake

Nav- nanduu

N- cake cake cake

Nav- where can i get d cake from?? I wont leave u alone in the house

N- okay im calling manik only

Nav- but He must be in a meeting

Nandini called Manik but Manik didnt recieve as he was in the middle of an important meeting

Nav- see he is busy, stop your pranks nandu!! Do you knw you are going to become the mother of 2 kids?? How will u even manage when u yourself will behave like a 5 yr old kid

Nandini called Manik again, manik got tensed.. He excused himself from the meeting n attended her call

Man- nandu are you alright? Kya hua??

N- manikkk woh Navya na she's not giving me cake

Ma- you called me for this??

N- hmmm, tell na!! Tell navya to give me cake manik you are listening naa, tell herrr

Ma- accha baba give her the phone

Nandini gives d phone to Navya.
Navya leaves the room

Nav- hello manik

Ma- Nandini bol rahi hain toh dedo na usse

Nav- kahan se laau?? I need to go out to buy the cake and i cant leave her alone agar labour pain start hua toh and i cant even make d cake at home because i need to get the things frm out

Ma- okay then

Nav- you talk to her... She will listen to you, she needs to eat healthy because her delivery date is near..you can only convince her

Ma- okay give d phone to her

Navya gives d phone to Nandini and leaves the room

N- manik tumne navya ko bola

Ma- Nandini listen, abhi soup pilo i will get cake while coming

N- i want it nowwww

Ma- no you can't get it

N- i hate youuuuuuu

Ma- Nandini try to understand na baby, agar Navya will go to buy cake and your labour pain starts who will be there?

N- but Manik...i want it

Ma- and you should eat healthy so the babies will also stay healthy na..do you want the babies to be strong? Or weak?

N- strong just like their mommy

Ma- thats like my Nandini

Ma- okay so now drink the soup

N- chiii no

Ma- you want our babies to starve??

N- noo

Ma- so eat, for them

Navya comes inside..

Nav- so now baby will drink soup?

Navya fed Nandini and then Nandini slept...

After a week...

Manik had gone to office. Navya and Nandini were at home... Navya ws cooking food when...suddenly she heard nandinis voice..

N- aaaaahhhh navya!!!!! Its paining

Navya runs to Nandini

Nav- kya hua nandu???

N- aaahhh navya hospital chalo i cant take this anymoree

Navya calls ambulance and calls manik but manik doesnt pick his phone because he goes for a meeting and his phone was in silent mode

Nav- manik phone uthao

N- navyaaa pls help me.... Its terrible

Navya goes to nandini and sits near her comforting her

The ambulance comes and they take her to the hospital....

In the hospital room

Doctor(Dr) - nandini push pushh

N- manikkk where's manikk aaaah

Outside d ICU
Manik calls Navya once he's done with d meeting

Ma- u called me? Anything wrong?

Nav- manik woh Nandini..her delivery has prepone ..we are in d hospital..come fast she's in a terrible state

M- what!!???? Okayyy im coming

Navya messages Manik the address.

Manik arrives and runs inside.. He asks d nurse where Nandini is and dashes into the ICU room to see nandini on the bed..

N- aaaahhhh dr. Call manikk

Ma- nandini i'm here

Manik sits near Nandini and holds her hand..

Dr- nandini pushhh

But Nandini is too tired to do more

Dr- mr malhotra motivate her..convince her.. Tell her to push or there can be complications.. Nandinis life is on risk

Ma- nandu baby pushhh, try hard

N- i cant manik

Ma- dont u want to see the two babies ???

N- manikkk pls help mee..im tired I cant do this anymore

Ma- baby last time for me, for us for our babies

N- okkk aaaahhh

Nandini pushes hard and one of the baby comes

They hear a sound.. Sound of a baby crying....

After this Nandini started fainting due to weakness..

Dr- you have to keep her awake..she cant just go unconscious...the second baby needs to be delivered

Ma- nandini baby one last time
Push baby..last time

N- manik noo

Ma- nandini pls just once..for your baby..one more time. Nandini last time..push

N- manik I cant..please I'm tired

Ma- baby I am here na with you
Just once..baby just once

But nandini started feeling dizzy. She didnt have the strength any more..
