Picture of Jackub

We reached there by 7:30. Pretty late? Who cares?. Laura and I got out of the car, standing in front of a huge mansion with a wonderful lightning including an enormous yard, decorated with low light lamps,a pond in the middle and the wonderful smell of the freshly grown and watered grass.. The environs seem to be satisfying till now.

Laura and I stepped ahead towards the mansion. Laura wore heels despite knowing that she's not capable of handling them. She was walking cautiously in order to keep her balance. I looked at her in annoyance but she was doing her touch up so I moved on without caring about her..

I entered the big, crowded place. Music blasting to the greatest degree with a bunch of people dancing recklessly. I moved in a little, noticing that a bar has been set for the youth to satisfy their needs. It was quite framed and impressive.

"There she is!", I heard a familiar prickling voice. There stood Olivia pointing her finger at me along with Jackub, Ethan and Emma who was still pissed at me. They came over in my direction "Yo! How's it goin'?" Jackub asked. "And why are you late?", Olivia asked. "Stop questioning like news journalists", I said already sick of their questions. "Okay", they said together.

"So, drinks anyone?", Ethan asked eyeing each one of us. Everyone raised their hands in need of alcohol. '' In a minute", he said and walked a away to get some drinks. "You know Zac is also here", Olivia said shouting along with Emma like the fan girls. "I'm going to go and have a try", Emma said referring to ask Zac out but she'll end up failing that's for sure.

Ethan showed  up with the drinks," Thanks man" I said. I was about to take a sip of my drink as I saw Jackub fiddling with his thumbs. Nervousness plastered all over his face. I went over to Jackub and  asked," What's wrong buddy?'' . He was lost so I took his face with my hand and turned it towards me."What happened?", I whispered expressing my concern. He had such beautiful green eyes and baby skin. He was all so fragile.

He smiled meagerly and lowered his gaze but that wasn't helping as his eyes expressed hopelessness and anger. I kept my hand on his shoulder "See, If you don't let it out then how is someone going to help you?"

"My mother", he started

"What happened to her?", I tightened my grip on his shoulder so he could let out everything he had up there.

"She's in the hospital", he whispered but it was clear enough for me to hear. I realized that all the others were staring at me. I sighed," I'll talk to you later". Jackub nodded and went disappearing into the crowd. Questions started popping in my head but there was no answer to any of those.

I took my drink ,walked through the inharmonious symphony of the smell of tobacco, alcohol and sweat. Grabbed a beer bottle from the bar and went to the back yard. A very few people were there and a swimming pool in the middle. It was quiet better than inside. I sat near the pool, my legs dipped into the cold water.

Sipping on the chilled beer I looked up to the dark sky. Stars twinkling and the cold air hitting my face. It was serene.

I've got everything but nothing. lost in my thoughts, seeking for emptiness. Hell is the destination and it's inevitable. Opportunities kicking me away. The favorable doors are all locked. Chances are only one and luck is no more in my hand. Bottling up my thoughts and masking my anxiety. It's no more a world but an ambitioning race. No one understands you except the master. He's hard to find especially for those who are losing their hope every second. It's no more a human race..

I was brought back from my thoughts by a manly voice. I looked towards my left and found a tall well carved structure standing behind me,apparently a vivid personality..It was Zac. What is he doing here? I sipped on my beer and cleared my throat ready to handle this creature.

He was eyeing me solemnly. "Can I sit here?", the words left his lips with a strong grip and charm. "I don't own this place otherwise I would ask you to get lost so since it's not mine have a seat", I said

"You are dissimilar from all the others", his voice is like a lullaby. Yah it made me sleep. "Care to explain me why you left the entertaining party?" ."Everything does not require a cause". Those are my words! "Verily", I said. I had to concede it and eventually we floated towards silence without commencing a conversation...
