Maybe it will be fine if I hint her that I like her today before leaving the city! I thought looking at the roses in front of me while standing in a flower shop.

"I want seventeen of these." I said, pointing out at the red roses which are the only ones left.

The sales lady nodded, smiling before started packing them properly and I smiled, thinking how will she react to these on a valentine's day.

"We must be lucky to have a friend like you." I heard a voice and turned back to see Nag and all our friends standing with a big smile.

I immediately panicked thinking what will he say if those are for his sister and then thought about his words.

"I am?" I asked deciding to go with a safe line.

"Yeah! You know that we all will forget the valentine's day and don't wish our wives. So, you are trying to help us right?" dinesh asked and I nodded before gesturing the lady to give the roses to them.

"But why seventeen?" Nag asked frowning at them and I know I am dead right now.

"They may forgive you all soon if you give them two each for them." I replied when I got that thought.

"Then what about the remaining five?" Imran asked and I so want to hit him with those flowers right now.

"My brother asked for them." I replied, shrugging when I didn't get any other thought in my head.

"Your brother? That too five? What age is he?" Nag said, laughing and immediately had a hard expression.

"It is not for my sister right?" he asked frowning at me.

"I don't know, Nag. He asked and I bought them. Here I thought about you guys and you all are interrogating me like this." I said glaring at them and felt a flower in my hand.

I glanced to my side to see the old lady placing it in my hand and I smiled at her lightly before walking away hiding it to my side.

"We are sorry, Samrat. And we want to thank you because they all forgave us." Nag said, placing his hand on my shoulder sitting beside me on the bench in the park along with others.

"By the way, we gave the remaining ones to your brother and turns out he asked them for Sneha." Feroz said and I immediately looked up.

"What?" I asked, standing up.

"I know! We are also worried that he may hurt her later, but she will be fine. However, make sure you give your brother a speech regarding not to hurt her." Ramesh said and I immediately started walking away.

"Where are you going?" Nag, called and I turned back to see them staring at me with confusion.

"To give him some speech." I replied and walked towards the Nag's house and called for Sneha.

"Hey!" she said, smiling and is holding the roses in her hands.

"What are those?" I asked, staring at her.

"These? Virat gave them to me." She replied, smiling and I frowned.

"I was just sad that you guys are leaving so he gave them to cheer me up." She immediately added.

"We too don't want to leave, but there are great opportunities there." I said and she nodded slowly.

"Here!" I said, taking out the white rose and she immediately grinned at me.
