Once the two arrived at the cafe, Celeste could already feel her heart pounding. Digby held the door open for her, oh what a gentlemen he was. She could feel her cheeks heating up. Her face already was red, was it possible to be another shade? A deeper shade. Like as red as all the apples on every tree combined. She walked over to the counter to get her order. The usual peppermint mocha with cinnamon. Usually that was only served during the holidays, but Celeste was very close with Brewster. She blew on her coffee, before taking a gulp. "Hoooooot! So good." She smiled, looking over at Digby. He seemed to be drinking Blue Mountain coffee. Whatever that was. Digby took her hand, and brought her to the table, where the two sat down. For a few moments the two sat in silence, drinking their coffee, occasionally staring at each other hoping the other wouldn't notice.
Celeste decided to break the ice and start conversation. "So I haven't seem you around before." She smiled. "Are you new in town?" Digby smiled. "Yes my sister and I are new here. My sister, Isabelle, works as the mayors secretary. And I work outside the Happy Homes Showcase. All the time." He sighed. "Ooh so you work close by! That's good!" Celeste chirped, picking up her coffee again and taking a sip. Digby couldn't help but smile and chuckle. The little owlet was just so cute and was doing her best to cheer him up. Digby hadn't smiled in a while. "Celeste," he said shyly, making Celeste perch her head up. "Y-you're very cute. . ." He spoke while blushing. Celeste felt her own blush grow on her cheeks. "Aw Digby stop," she giggled. Silence fell again, and the two just sat there gazing lovely into each others eyes.
Someone had been standing outside the cafe, watching through the window. "I told her. . ." He sighed. "She's only going to get herself into trouble. Ill have to talk with her later." The stranger cooed, walking back to his work place.
