He said he was pumped up to see what team he makes. We all wanted to be on Coach Griffin's team because he is a good teacher. He teaches Math for my high school. Then Qwade reminded me that i have to try out for Kick Returner too. Because I play the Wide Receiver and Kick Returner.
So we all walked over to the field where Special teams try out. I get there and get ready because its about to start. I know I will do good because I am amazing at Kick Returner. So they have us line up in order from letter of first name. That sucks for me because I ended up being the first one because my name is Andrew. So we got settled and I was pretty nervous. So I took a deep breath then calmed down.
Then the Punter, punted it to the left of me, so I moved a couple steps to the left and then caught the ball. Then I started to jog until I found an opening along the sideline towards the right of me. So I sprinted that way and down the field making the other team have to run to the side of the field I was on. My blockers did very well and gave me room, so I ended up getting tackled at the 38 yard line on the opponents side of the field.
I got off the field and was tackled by my friends, they picked me up afterwards and told me I did great. So then I watched the others and there was no doubt that I was the best one out there. After I watched them all I said goodbye to my friends and got into my car and drove home.
