What Just Happened?

First period

  Ella took a deep breath and started fast walking to class. Leaving her friends at the table where this morning's events had happened. " High school is definitely not like High School Musical, but it's only my first day so things could get better.... right?". This is what Ella thought as she arrived to her first period class. Her class was mostly guys and four girls,well four if she was counting herself. Upon further inspection their where three people that she knew. Killian, Jessie and... oh no....Stephen. " "Great I will be able to embarrass the crap out of myself all year and not just like what happened this morning". Just when she thought the worst she heard her name being called. "ELLA", said Jessie and a voice almost so high pitched it could have been classified as a squeal. "ELLA I SAVED YOU A SEAT", yup that its definitely a squeal. Once Ella sat down Jessie's voice returned to normal as they talked about who's summer was better and their experiences. When the two girls finally had to be silent so the teacher could take role Ella decided that now would be a good time to take in her surroundings. Jessie was wearing her long brown hair in curls, some of her blond highlights even had there own curls. Her floral skirt looked perfect with her white top. Jessie's makeup was overall goals, as always. Their new teacher was in his twenty's or thirties judging by his looks. She couldn't seem to find Killian and Stephen anywhere, which was good for her because she would be better off not seeing Stephen for the rest of the year." Go ahead and log into your computers, once you are done you can turn around and talk to your peers until further instruction", said the teacher focusing on putting the role into his computer. Ella turned around and saw exactly what she didn't want to see. Sitting directly behind her and Jessie was Stephen and Killian. Jessie saw Ella's expression and decided it would be best if she started the conversation with the two boys. Jessie and the boys talked while Ella occasionally chimed in but mostly listened. Jessie brought up a kick ball competition that was between the two girls class and Killian's class. Ella had decided this was a topic she could not hold back on. Ella and Killian ranted about who they thought should have won while Jessie decided to do what Ella was doing previously in the conversation, Stephen just sat there laughing uncontrollably. Soon enough the teacher gave out instructions and the class did their work. The bell rang once again showing that it was time for the students to go to their next class.
