Chapter 3: Dinner Anyone?

It has been a whole a whole 2 hours since Jane woke up on your couch. Jane was now sipping on one of your Baja Blast Mnt. Dew's and nibbling on Doritos as William was watching the walking dead and Ryan showing Jane our youtube channel. (this is an actual channel run by me, my friend Ryan, and a few other friends) Le4EpicGamers. Jane was laughing quite hard at some of the jokes you have cracked in the videos. You smiled as you looked at them from the kitchen. Then, you turned around and continued to make dinner. Tonight you were making a full meal consisting of filet mignon,(that's beef tenderloin and bacon wrapped around it btw.) corn on the cob,  twice baked potatoes, and a bowl of fruit. You normally didn't cook, despite you were a killer in the kitchen.(lol, I made an accidental pun.) But, since Jane told you she had not had a descent meal since McDonalds last Friday.  Also, since she had complained that she was hungry, and could NOT wait,  you gave her a bag of Doritos to nibble on and a Baja blast from your mini-fridge, that came from YOUR room.

"WHATEVER YOU ARE COOKING IT SMELLS DELICIOUS!" Jane yelled from the living room. You snickered and responded with "JUST WAIT UNTIL YOU TASTE IT! AND YOU DO REALISE WE ARE NOT EVEN 8 FEET AWAY FROM ONE ANOTHER, RIGHT!" You heard her laugh from the other room. "SORRYYY!" she yelled cutely. You snickered as you thought to yourself:

 I never thought she would be this cool. I wonder how old she is. I also wanna know WHY she chose to be a vigilante. Maybe she will tell me in time...

Your thoughts were interrupted when the oven went off. "DINNER!" you yelled. You went to the oven to get the filet mignon out of the oven, and when you turned around you saw William in "his" seat and Ryan running in.  You looked at your friends and looked towards Jane who was struggling to get up off the couch. You then looked at your friends and said "Seriously   guys? You leave the wounded girl to get here on her own? Reaallly gentlemen-like aren't you?" With that you walked up to Jane who was barely standing on her own two feet. You then proceeded to swoop her off her feet bridal style with her letting out a gasp and " W-what are you-" you looked at her in your arms and said " you have a stab wound in your right leg, AND you don't have not had NEARLY enouh time to recover." You said as you walked over and carefully put her in her seat. You walked to your spot on the table that was just to the left of your circle table.

You made everyones plate. But IMMEDIATLY after you made Jane plate she started scoffing it down. "JEEZ! Are you even tasting my food?" She looked at you with a stuffed face, swallowed, and apologized with, " I-I am sorry. I just... haven't had a lot to eat in a while." You smiled and said. "you are forgiven. And do not worry. There is still seconds after this." You smiled. "Darn, and I thought I ate a lot,real quick." William stated while You and Ryan laughed.
