Chapter 5
[joeys POV]
I picked up my phone and texted Cat.
"Hey wanna go on a hike?"
Within a few minutes she replied,
"Yep! What time?"
I replied,
"Half hour, and normal place ;)
She said
"Okay"
We met up there soon and were heading up the mountain when, of course, it started to drizzle rain. We skipped through the wonderful rain and we sang "Somewhere over the Rainbow." Our screetchy voices rang throught the air and we laughed and laughed. We held hands and ran (awkwardly walked) up the mountain.
[Cats POV]
When we made it to the top i lent into Joey and we looked off over the edge of the mountain onto the city. I looked up into his eyes and said,
"Joey, you are perfect."
I leaned in for a kiss and then put my head back down he kisses the top of my head and says,
"Well, should we go back down?"
I nodded and we skip back down the mountain, of course, singing again.
