Even Harry Potter can't hide forever

'I don't get it' Tony said 'how did we fined the guy over the victim with blood on him and yet no knife or anything.'
'That's what you have to find out DiNozzo. Potter come with me and we can interview him.' Gibbs said and the lead the younger man from the bullpen. This man however was not all he appeared to be, he was in fact Harry Potter the most famous wizard in the world. He had also disappeared from his home and world in England to move to America after he and Ginny had finished Hogwarts he and the rest of the "golden trio" as they had been name had gone back to finish there last year of school. That had been 7 years ago and now here he was working as a muggle not wanting to think about the war which had cost him so much.
'Ok so this guy still hasn't told us who he is or even his name let's see if we can get him to talk.' Gibbs said opening the door to the interrogation room.
As he walked in Harry's face went pale sat in the chair was Draco Malfoy.
'Potter thought you were dead.' Said Malfoy coldly.
'And I thought you were in prison. But then this does have you all over it funny that I should be here to catch you.'

'You know him?' Gibbs asked.
'Unfortunately we went to school together I thought he had atlest 2 more years on his sentence.' Harry said glaring at Draco. Also this isn't our jurisdiction anymore I'll make a call.' Harry left the room before Gibbs could say anything then walked straight into the cupboard opposite.
'Kreacher' there was a loud CRACK and then a house elf appeared before him. 'Master' said the elf bowing. 'Hey Kreacher everything ok at home?' He asked and when the elf nodded Harry smiled 'Thanks Kreacher can you take    this to the aura department here at the US ministry and ask them to be quick. Thanks.' The elf took the letter and was gone.
Harry walked back up to the squad room and found Tim Ziva and Tony sat looking at the video footage trying to work out what had happened exactly. 'I don't get it he was fine and then there was blood everywhere.' Tony said.
'It doesn't matter Tony it isn't ate case anymore.' Harry said sitting at his desk and looking in his pocket for something but didn't take it out. The lift doors open and a man walked out with a visitors badge on and wearing a badge with the ministry of magic crest on it.
'Harry Potter never thought I would meet you mister Potter thank you.' The man said shacking Harry's hand and the others looked on in confusion.
'I don't want thanks I just want a normal life. I'll take you to Malfoy Aura...'
'Flitwic and yes he is my uncle.' Harry nodded and lead the aura down to where Draco was.
'Harry I think you should know that Sirius Black is alive he fell through the vale in your department of mystery well after ten years you fall through as if no time has passed for you. I believe he is in St Mungos and not in a good way. Go to him.' Then the aura went in to the room with Gibbs and Malfoy and Harry pulled the pen and his wand from his pocket through his invisibility cloak over him and muttered 'portus' tapping the pen with his wand then the port key took him to the ministry of magic in London.
Keeping the cloak on he walked to to the minister of magics office pulled of the cloak and entered.
Inside sat Kingsley Shacklebolt 'Harry' he yelled getting up and moving to shack Harry's hand 'we thought you where dead how are you?'
'I'm fine I heard about Sirius is it true he's alive?'
'Yes Harry I'll take you to him.' Said the minister offering his arm. Harry took it and the pair disaparated.
