Chapter 5 - closer

NIALL P.O.V

I have a plan to get Destiny an Louis together because I know that they like each other I can tell by the way that they look at each other. I just have to get Louis to admit it so I have proof to convince destiny that he likes her.

I went to the back of the kitchen cupboard moving various cups,mugs and plates around to find my way to my secret stash of sweets. I sat there stuffing my face with them when Louis walked in to the room. Time to start my plan. "So Louis?" I said "so Niall he said back in a jokingly manner. "How destiny?" I asked him starting the conversation smoothly "she's fine" he replied to me "so what about you" I asked leaning in closer to him. "I'm fine I guess" he said a bit confused probably as to why I was asking so many questions all of a sudden. "And how about you and destiny together then? I said hoping to get a decent answer. "We'll we're normal I guess just friends" he said as his face suddenly looked from happy to sad. "So you like her I mean like like her" I questioned excited to get this far into the conversation he looked at me suspiciously before I carried on "come on you can trust me" I said deviously then nudging him slightly. "We'll I guess that-" he was cut off by Liam

"What are we talking about then" he said in a sudden cheerful mood. "Just about-um well - stuff" I said. "Stuff? What stuff?" He said sitting down beside me and Louis. "Abouthowlouislikesdestiny!" I yelped out putting my hand over my mouth soon after realising what I said. Then I rushed out of the room to leave them to talk.

LOUIS P.O.V

"Shit!" I looked at Liam expecting him to be angry as he was her best mate and he is very protective over her. But instead as I looked over I saw that his face had completely flipped into a smile "I knew it!" He exclaimed "I rknew it I knew it I knew it along!" He gasped for a breath "I have to get you two together I know she likes you I know it I can feel it in my bones" he then got up and left.

As the room fell silent I started to think about it more, do I like destiny,I love the way that her hair falls perfectly past her shoulder the waves shimmering in the light, I love the way that her eyes were sometimes dark and sometimes light brown, I love the way she laughed and her smile is just perfect ,I love the way she wasn't afraid to cry and I love the way she has been through so much yet she is so strong and brave and I love her...

DESTINY P.O.V

I walked into mine an Louis room to find that all of my clothes from yesterday were spread all around the carpet,so I picked them all up and put them into my backpack. The door then creaked open and as I turned around to find Louis. His hands were in his pockets and he looked at the ground with his hair swooped over his face, I had not seen him like this before was he scared, or nervous, but what of?

I stood up and brushed my self down getting all the dust off of me from my old bag. He slowly edged over to me hands still in his pockets "Destiny," he said in a questioning voice. "Yeah" I replied waiting for him to continue. "I was wondering, uh wondering if you wanted to go out, like just us two?" he said nervously. "Like, a date" I said smiling, I put my hand under his chin an lifted his face up so he was looking at me. "Yeah like a date" I smiled the. He smiled "yeah sure,it's a date" I gave him a quick tight hug then let go.

Later at evening time-----

I walked into Louis room o tell him that I was going out to see if I could get a new job. He said that he would drive me as it was getting dark but I insisted that I would be fine and that I needed the exercise.

I walked down the path towards Pizza Hut hoping that they would have some jobs. I was walking at a decent speed faster than normal because I didn't want to walk back in the pitch black.i wasn't quite sure what time Pizza Hut closed but I think the one near by closes quite late. I ran quicker because I didn't want it to be closed when I got there but it was. Annoyed that I had left the house and walked all the way here to find it was closed I angrily started to walk back. I took a short cut down an alley way I hoped it was a quicker way back because it was dark now and I was scared. Down mead the end of the alley way I herd shouting sounding like a mans voice. I started to walk faster past them with my hair over my face. There were about six of them really big tall muscly men they were drunk and I could smell the alcohol a I walked past. I felt something cold grab my arm and squeeze it tightly I was pulled back into one of the men he was way taller than me and he could hardly stand straight. "Hey beautiful" he murmured in a drunken voice. "Let go!" I yelled out using all the breath in my lungs. His grip on my arm got tighter and I felt his nails dig into my arm I'm sure by now it was bleeding. His other hand grabbed my waist. I started to struggle and I managed to kick him as hard as I could in the leg. "YOU STUPID IDIOT" he yelled at me now getting frustrated I had quite hard shoes on so it should have hurt quite a bit. He then grabbed my shoulder and chucked me over across the path my back and my arms scraped along the gravel causing me to bleed even more. At this point I had managed to scramble away a bit whilst he turned to look at his friend. He turned back to me and chuckled deeply. "You think you can get away" he chuckled in a creepy way. I nodded slightly Witch obviously pissed him off because he spun around grabbed a bottle of beer emptied it then smashed it in half on the fence beside him. He moved in closer and slashed it across my face cutting it deeply. He kept hitting me in the face with it I was almost unconscious I slowly edged towards my phone witch has flung across the path from my pocket I called Louis behind my back making sure that none of the men noticed. I heard Louis answer it. "Hello" I heard his voice come from my mobile. The man turned around and pulled out a knife from his pocket. "Trying to get me caught now are we?" He said in a deep and musky drunk voice. He stepped closer to me and dug the knife straight in deeply through my stomach Just below my ribcage. I screamed out loud. "Destiny is that you? What's going on" I heard Louis voice again through the phone. The man then cut many times through my arms and legs until he finally kicked me around the top if my head. Then blackness took over me.

LOUIS P.O.V

I panicked as I heard her scream down the phone, I herd a mans voice as well but I couldn't figure out why he was saying all I could hear was mumbling then the line went dead. I ran upstairs remembering that destiny had mentioned something about Pizza Hut. I burst into Harry's room grabbing him by the arm and dragging him out if the apartment as I ran along the roads to Pizza Hut Harry running close behind me he had realised by now I was now playing around because tears of fear were covering my face as I ran explaining to him what had happened. We ran down all the pathways leading from Pizza Hut. Hoping to find something when at last we saw people laughing around drunken. I could make out the outline of their bodies in the dark. As we ran closer to them I noticed a figure spread along the path. "Shit Destiny" I yelled making the men turn around in shock I stopped running and knelt down beside her. Harry started to beat up the men but they were much tougher than him and the biggest one at the front waked him across the face causing his nose to bleed. I walked up behind him and pulled him away then aiming at the mans face I hit him in the nose making it crack then I pulled my arm back then hitting him in the mouth causing blood to spurt out he then turned around giving up for some reason I didn't expect that they started to walk away. I wanted badly to bet them up and call the police but I was more concerned about destiny I saw she had been stabbed in her side and cuts slashed all over her face arms and legs she looked horrible she had mascara dripping all down her face obviously were she had been crying. I crude beside her before picking her up with Harry's help we took her quickly back home to find Liam I had taken my car to the garage and Liam ha still got his. As we arrived at the door I kicked it down on the third try we ran in the house harry ahead of me. Liam came running toward Harry's face asking "what the fuck happened?" He then stopped looking at my face covered in fear and tears he then looked down at destiny unconscious and limp in my arms. "Get the car!" I screamed my voice cracking up. We quickly shuffled into the car. Destiny lay there on my lap pale but still with a pulse Harry called Zayn and Niall who were at a mates house to tell then to come to the hospital urgently!
