We pull up to a really crappy looking house. It has a green porch and a dirty white siding. I think it's Gramma's house, but I haven't been to her house since I was Jesse's age. Every year we come up we stay with Aunt Sam. She's cool but this year Dad said we should stay with Gramma. "Does Gramma know we're here?" Luke asked Mom, who was looking dumbfounded in the driver seat. Mom got out and climbed the set of stairs to the door, knocked, and walked in.

*Becca's (Maddi's Mom, in case you forgot) POV*

I walked into my old house, and it was empty. No blue chair, no sofa, no TV stand, like there had been five years ago. I walk slowly up the stairs. Here come the memories. Crushed crayons in the -at one point- neatly carpeted stairs. Drawings on the wall from my brother. It's not where I grew up, but it's where is spent most of my life. I walked into my old room. I still see the walls cover in my posters of One Direction the band that is now retired but still strong, but most importantly my husband's old band. I go to touch the wall they're gone. The room is empty. I kneel by the blue stained spot in my carpet.

*Flashback*

"Do you wanna see my mom's room?" I say to my best friend Maddi. "Yeah, sure." She replies. "Ok. Let's go.... Oops." I say tripping over her cup of juice. "I knew that juice wouldn't last long." She says.

*End of flash back*

A tear falls out of my eye, and another, and another, and - "Honey, you ok?" I hear my husband's voice say. He comes over to hug me. "What's wrong?" I hear the fear in his voice. "She's gone Niall." "Who?" "Maddi." "No she's in the car." "No, no, not that Maddi. My best friend." He embraces me tighter in his arms. "I'm sorry." He says trying to cover his confusion. "Have you ever wandered why I changed Madison's name at the last minute?" I ask. "No." He replies. "My Best friend, from fourth grade died that night, the night I went into labor early. One angel died, but our daughter was the new angel born." I say to him. "I never knew, how come you didn't tell me, until fifteen years later?" He asked. "I never wanted to say it I didn't say it to anyone. I was told by Julie and I automatically burst into tears. I didn't wanna deal that pain again." I explained. "How?" His last question was a whisper. "Drunk driver on the road. She was only twenty three." I cried. He pulled me up and took me back out to the van. He tried placing me in the passengers seat, but I refused. "I have a place I need to go to." I say weakly. I started the van back up, and drove. I turn, continued up the wonder hill an stopped at what used to be a parking lot, and now is what you would think is a mansion. I knocked on the door an d a young man in a suit answered. "I this where Judy lives?" I asked. He nodded slightly and motioned for me to enter. I see my mom, and run and give her a hug. "Mom you could've told me on the phone you moved." I said is I heard my family enter now. "We'll you knew where to find me didn't ya?" She said.
