**Hayden's P.O.V**

-flashback-
"You useless girl! I told you to never make a mistake! But guess what you did? You made a mistake!" Alpha Ophir yelled as he whipped me across the face.

"Alpha, I-I-I didn't m-mean too." I whisper.

-end of flashback-

I bolted awake and let out a scream, I immediately flung my hand over my mouth knowing what Alpha Ophir is going to do now. My eyes glassy and my bones weak, franticly looking around the room for some sign of where I am. All of a sudden the door bursts open, a tall handsome man runs over to my side and engulfs me in a hug. "D-don't hurt m-me." I squeak. He pulls away and I see his face. "Alpha Reynolds?" I ask my head still slightly spinning.

"Hayden? Oh my goodness Hayden!" A girl yells from behind Alpha Reynolds. I new that voice, I just couldn't match it to a face. A blonde haired girl with tears streaming wildly down her cheeks. She pushes Alpha Reynolds out of the way and wraps her arms around me squeezing me tightly

"B-Blaire? No I'm dreaming." I say pulling away and covering my face with my hands, weeping quietly. As much as I want to hug her back, I can't. It's not real.

"Your not dreaming honey, your back home now. In Crescent Shadow Pack, with your family. And mate." Blaire confirms. I uncover my face and turn to her, my face filled with confusion.

"Mate?" I ask "I don't have one. They will reject me." I whispered. She looked at me with wide eyes.

"Is that what those horrible men told you? Because your mate is right here." She says not giving me any explanation of what 'right here' means.

'We are mates with our sister?' I ask my wolf.

"I can't be mates with my sister." I say. She giggles and then leaves the room leaving me and Alph Reynolds. "H-hi." I squeak. "Your not my mate. You can't be. I am worthless." I say. He clenches his jaw and sits on the edge of my bed.

"I am your mate, you are not worthless." He states. He raises his hand and I squeeze my eyes shut waiting for the pain to hit. "Your safe Hayden." He say wrapping his big arms around me. I yell and pull away immediately.

"She is completely bandaged and most of her cuts are healed, you can take her home now." He says.

"No! Please don't take me back there!" I scream. Alpha Reynolds lifts me into his arms bridal style, I scramble out of his arms and stand up on my feet only to collapse one second later. "This floor is very cold, doctor. You should probably fix that." I state.

Alpha Reynolds chuckles huskily. -Alpha, they are mean and scary. "Also, we would never take you back there. Ever." He growls causing me to flinch. "Thank you Doctor, we will be leaving now." He says as he grabs my hand and lifts me off the ground. I use his one arm as support as we walk over to his car.

"Okay now, be good you two. Goodbye Alpha, Luna!" The doctor shouts after us.

'Luna? We found mate! We found mate!' My wolf purrs

'No. Mate found us, but I don't want to be mates with him. He will hit us' I say.

"Do you want to stay at my place?" He asks.

"I don't care. I want t-to see Hunter and Blaire, also is Karter still here?" I ask.

"Yes but why do you want to see him?" He growls.

"Me and him were close friends." I state.

"Whatever. We will take you to the Pack House, that is where they all live, except Karter. He has his own house." He says. I nod and he places me into his car. I slightly tap my knee.

'Keep it under control, don't do it.' My wolf says. I can't help it, I begin hyperventilating and tears silently fall down my face.

"Are you okay Hayden," Alpha Reynolds asks.

"No, no." I whisper. He pulls the car to the side of the road. He is going to hit me.
