Chapter 3

The whole time after Liam left. I couldn't get him out of my mind. I tried everything. But it wasn't working it's like he's tattooed into my brain. I think I'm growing feelings for him. I don't know yet. I needed to be sure before I said yes to these feelings. And plus Liam wouldn't like me. And my parents would never approve, I think I just need to sleep, I went through my normal night routine and went to bed thinking about Liam.

I walked got into my car and drove to school. I didn't know if I should tell Sophia that's I might have feelings for Liam but I don't know. I mean she's my best friend and I tell her everything. I'm just going to tell her.

"Hey Sophia wait up" I said yelling across the hallway

"Do I have a story for you" I said laughing

I told Sophia that me and Liam were partners on the English project, how he came to my house, and how my dad basically kicked him out. She freaked out,

"Omg omg omg!! Liam Payne went to your house!! Y'all are going to get married and have 2 kids!" She said laughing.

"Omg Sophia you're crazy! Liam doesn't like me and I don't like him. Me and him aren't going to happen" I said rolling my eyes

We started walking to class when I heard a husky voice over me

"Hey little miss. Perfect" I turned around to see Liam and his group standing around me and Sophia. I looked over to Sophia and saw her and Niall were flirting with each other. I rolled my eyes and looked back at Liam who had a smirk on his face.

"So, can I help you with something?" I asked Liam

"Oh yeah, I was going to ask if you wanted to come over to my house tonight. So we can work on the rest of the project. I don't want you to do the work all by yourself" Liam said

"Um. Sure, I'll just meet you outside after school" I said pulling Sophia away from Niall. We walked to class and I said bye to Sophia then I saw Liam walking behind me and he started to walk with me to class and it was awkward but not that much I liked talking to Liam. I felt like I could be myself around him. I didn't have to pretend who I was. Which was weird because he wouldn't like a girl like me, who has crazy parents that never pay any attention to me. I think I'm starting to fall for Liam, he's funny, down to earth, and cute. Liam give me this feeling that no one else gives me. Especially my last boyfriend who took my virginity. I really wish I would've waited. His name was Jack. And he's a really big jerk. I don't even know what I was thinking when we did it and and when me and him dated. That's why I'm so afraid to date again because I don't want to get hurt again. Jack hurt me so bad but I just never told anyone because 1. it was never any of their business and I don't like people feeling bad for me. And 2. I'm not one of those girls who just seek attention. I especially don't get any attention from my parents but whatever. I just want to make them happy.

My thoughts got interrupted by Liam nudging me.

"Well I'll see you after school and we'll go over to my place" Liam said

"Uh, yeah okay. I'll see you later then" I said walking into my class

After the school day was over, I meet Liam in front of the school and we walked to our cars and I followed him to his house. After getting to his house we got out of the car and walked into his house. His house was so cute! It was small but not to small, it was definitely smaller than my house, I saw a bunch of pictures for him and his family. They look so happy. I wish my family looked like that. I saw a bunch of baby pictures of Liam, and his 2 sister, and then pictures of his mum and dad. His house was really cozy, I didn't expect this from Liam of all people. That might be mean to say but it's true. Liam seems like the type of person who wouldn't have pictures of him family, or anything like that. But I think I like this new Liam.

"Hey, Spencer do you want anything to drink?" Liam asked me walking into the kitchen

"Uh, yeah sure, thanks" I said smiling

"So let's get to work" he said while giving me some lemonade

After getting to work on the project. We decided to stop because there really wasn't much more to do. And Liam had already emailed me pictures of him family so we just made the slide show and we were done. After we fished we decided to talk and get to know each other more.

"So, what's your family like?" I asked Liam

"Um, it's good, I mean we do have augments but what family doesn't? Other than that I'm really glad I have them" Liam said smiling

"Awe that's so sweet, I didn't know the famous Liam Payne had a soft side for his family" I said winking

Liam just blushed and said "yeah there's a lot you don't know about me little miss. Perfect"

I just rolled my eyes. I liked that name but I didn't because I'm no where near perfect. I mean a lot of people tell me I'm prefect but I don't believe them.

"So what about your family, are they the ones that pressure you way to much?" Liam asked

"Uh, y-yeah. I mean I love my family but I sometimes think that i don't make them proud, my dad is very strict, my mum barley pays any attention to me, my big brother of away at college, so I don't get to see him that much" I said looking down feeling a tear stream down my face but it wipe it away so Liam couldn't see I don't like people seeing me cry.

Liam's POV

I saw Spencer wipe a tear way from her eye and I felt so bad I didn't know that she feels that way, I guess mum was always right you can't judge a book by its cover.

"Hey, hey don't cry love, I'm sorry I didn't mean you talk about it. Let's talk about something else" I said hugging her

"Thanks Liam" she said

I was surprised I didn't think she would say thank you to me. I mean Spencer is beautiful, and any guy would be lucky to have her. And I heard what Jack did to her and me and the guys beat him up. I didn't think she knows that though. Every time I'm with Spencer I get this weird feeling in my stomach. She gives me butterflies like no one has before. I think i really like Spencer.

I'm in love with her....
