NOTE: Technically, this is part of the 3rd chapter, because of how small it was. But I'm still marking this as "Chapter 4"
**
Morning: 5:45 a.m
"Paige, wake up."
I turn to my side and grunt. Mornings are the worst time of the day.
"Paige."
I snort, and pull my blanket over the top of my head to block out Landon's stupid, annoying voice.
"Paige," Landon's voice rings in my ear, and I feel him poke my back.
I get annoyed and hit my pillow across his face. I watch him stagger backwards and fall onto the floor. Surprisingly, not a single trace of amusement crossed my face nor my brain. It actually made me even more annoyed than I was already.
I sit up rubbing my eyes. I despise mornings. They are the worst thing ever. Especially when you have to wake up at five in the morning to go snorkeling.
Wait. It's 5:45.
"Landon! We were supposed to be at the beach at five-thirty!" I shriek at him, scrambling off my bed. I roll my suitcase in the bathroom to change. I throw on the first swimsuit I saw and frantically brush my hair. I manage to put it into a braid so it doesn't annoy the hell outta me when we're snorkeling.
I rush out of the bathroom to see Landon ready to leave. I give him my evilest look because he woke me up late, and march out of the hotel room.
"Whoa, Paige. Cover yourself up!" I hear Landon shout behind me as I continue to run down the hallways. I stop abruptly, realizing I'm half naked with only a bikini and flip-flops on.
I feel Landon grab my arm and pull me back into the hotel room, and passerby's were giving us weird and amused looks.
I glare at Landon and hiss, "Why do you care?" He doesn't answer but throws a summer dress at me that he took from my opened suitcase. I sulk towards the bathroom and quickly pull it on.
"We're going to miss our snorkeling class because of you!" I hiss, running out of the hotel room.
I hear him mutter, "Whatever," but I choose to ignore it. Finally, I reach the lobby to see the falsely sweet front desk lady. She mumbles me a good morning, but I don't reply to her. I rush out the crystal front doors, and break into a sprint towards the beach that was literally right across the street. I inhale the salty, humid air and feel my feet struggle cross the beach's grainy, annoying sand that caught between my toes and rubbed against my heels.
As I walk up towards the water to hopefully meet my instructor, I see a tall, thin, dark skinned woman walk towards me. As she comes nearer, I notice how she looks around my age.
"Your name's Paige, isn't it?" She doesn't let me reply and continues talking, "I'm your instructor for snorkeling." She smiles at me and holds out her hand for me to shake. I don't reply to her but I simply return the smile.
"So what do we do now?" I ask her, looking around to see any wetsuits or snorkeling gear.
She chuckles and says, "We wait for your friend to come. I assume he's probably far behind you considering how fast you sprinted to get here." She smiles again at my bewildered look, and exclaims, "I saw you sprint here. I expected you to be late, considering your not used to the time change."
I smile again, and stand there awkwardly. I'm so socially awkward it hurts.
I see Landon practically crawling over here, with his face drooping. It makes me want to laugh because of how stupid he looks.
He walks up to us, and his eyes light up as he sees the instructor. She smirks at him, and says, "Ah. You must be Landon." She holds her hand out to shake, but he takes it and kisses it. She giggles, and I cringe in disgust.
"My name is Crystal, and I'm your instructor for your experience in Hawaii. We'll be learning how to put on the equipment for snorkeling, and tomorrow we'll actually snorkel. We want to make sure you're actually safe first before we begin."
I groan at these words. All we're doing is putting on the stupid wetsuits and taking them off. Crystal shoots me a glare.
Landon looks thrilled, and he keeps staring at Crystal. She winks at him, and he waggles his eyebrows.
People disgust me.

3 hours later;
"Well that was the worst experience I've ever had." I hate how my parents set together a complete schedule for us while we're staying in Hawaii. I'm still in disbelief that they let me and Landon go together on this trip alone. I know we used to be best friends, but I still can't imagine why they even wanted this.
I flip through the magazines in the hotel, and watch Landon annoyingly daydream about Crystal.
"I wish she kissed me when she helped me put on the wetsuit. The moment would of been perfect." Landon says dreamily, with his hands on his chin.
Exasperated, I snap, "Stop thinking about her. She has a freaking boyfriend for crying out loud. You asked her yourself."
Landon snaps out of his daydream and grins at me. "You're jeal-ous!" He says dramatically, sitting up.
I gasp. That is the most ridiculous thing EVER to say. "I would NEVER be jealous. You're so disgusting, annoying, and mean!" I shout.
"You want to-get-with-this," he motions his hands over his body, still grinning.
I roll my eyes. I do NOT want too. He's literally the meanest person I know. I'm just annoyed with the fact that he thinks he can get anyone.
Suddenly, a great idea pops into my head. "I'm going to prove to you that not all girls like annoying, stupid idiots such as yourself. It will be my goal here in Hawaii."
He frowns and shrugs at the same time. "You can try, but you won't succeed." With that being said, he struts out the hotel room, going who-knows-where.

I am SO sorry for updating late. I was really really sick and I could barely move. But I feel better :)
I got my iPhone 5!! I had to give my kindle fire HD to my dad in exchange for a new phone... But guess what?
that means ^ ill be updating more often!!!
**Yeah, this chapter was an ultimate filler hahaha... Hopefully the next chapter will be more entertaining.
I really didn't like this chapter, but whatever. Landon and Paige fought more, and Landon thinks any girl likes him. Besides Paige. So you got to see the hateful side in the characters in this chapter.
Comment what you think is going to happen! Or what you thought about Landon's and Paige's arguing about Crystal.
Don't forget to vote!!
