"Athena Clarke get back here." Alec demands after Athena managed to slip from his death grip on her. Alec is very over protective. "In your dreams Lightwood." She yells running down the hall. Alec starts to sprint after her, realizing that she wasn't going to turn around to his embrace again.
Athena had run into many Shadowhunters on her way to the training room. Yelling 'sorry' every so often, but never really meaning it. Most times a 18 year girl running down the halls laughing, was considered 'weird', but when it was Athena Clarke with Alec Lightwood trailing behind her it was a common occurrence.
After Athena had taken a left, Alec knew exactly where she was going, the training room. Alec and Athena spent most their time in each other's rooms or in the training room making sarcastic comments at each other's weapon handling.
Comparing Athena's coordination to a chicken with no head would be insulting to the headless chicken. As soon as she enters the training room she trips on thin air. Her ending up on the floor sends Alec tumbling on top of her. His breathing fanning over her neck.
"Well....well....well, we meet again Ms.Clarke," he smirks moving his lips to meet hers.
Isabelle Lightwood and Jace Wayland than had the pleasure to walk in on the happy couple,"do we need to come back?" Jace asks. Alec and Athena jump apart, blushing. Alec fools of Athena and helps her up. Jace opens his mouth to say something but is interrupted by one of the clave members.
"Athena Clarke," the clave member booms. "What did you do this time, A?" Alec asks his girlfriend confused.
"That's the problem I don't know what I did this time," Athena says to her boyfriend worriedly. Sure it was a normal occurrence for angry clave members to be after Athena, but then she knew what she did. Usually they were harmless things, sneaking out to parties with izzy, pulling somewhat harmless pranks around the clave, stealing weapons and hiding them, then refusing to tell anyone where they are. She hadn't done anything....yet.
"Athena Clarke you have been chosen to go on a mission with two seelie scouts to be a scout in the mission to valentines lair, do you accept?" The clave members voice as serious before.
"Absolutely not!" Alec booms angrily. Fuming that they would put his girlfriend in such a dangerous situation.
"Of course I will," Athena says over Alec's rant to Isabelle.
"What?" Alec felt like a demon had clawed out his heart.
But before he could say anything Athena and the clave member were walking out of the training room discussing the mission. Athena had never had such responsibility. Alec had never felt so empty.

Welcome to Grounded, this is like a Prepilot the next chapter will be the first episode of Shadowhunters. I will try to update as much as I can until I get caught up, then will do Tuesday. I only own Athena, her actions, and the part of the plot I'm adding.
