Ch.1

Emma's pov
The day started like all the rest. I woke up and got ready for school. I don't want to go be I had to. The only good thing about school was I got to see my best friends Jack, Lena, Ally, Destiny, and Kylee. Jack and I had always been best friends. Jack has always been there for me.

I walk down stairs to see Jack inside waiting for me so we could walk to school. "Ready?" Jack ask. "Not really." I said. Jack put his arm around me. "It's be alright." He said. I look at Jack's arm and frowned. Jack seen me upset and covered it. "I promise. I-i-it's nothing." Jack said. I felt hurt. "Did it start again?" I ask. Jack nodded.
We started walking to school. I saw my ex Matt a head of me. I can't until I find my mate so he'll leave me alone. Jack saw I was scared. "Leave her alone. Matt." Jack said. It was mainly because of Matt, Jack was bullied. Matt is the alpha of his pack and Jack was only an omega. Matt only laughed and knocked Jack down. "Why? Are you still hanging out with this weak. You're going to be the alpha female of your pack. You don't need to be seen with an Omege." Matt laughed. "I don't care, if he's an omega. He'll still my friend." I growled at Matt and helped Jack up. Matt grabbed Jack and slapped him down. I tried to help Jack but Matt's friends held me back. After Matt best Jack up, he slapped me. "You should have listened." Matt said. They left as I went over to Jack. He was shaking. I helped him up. "I'm sorry Jack." I said. "It's not your fault." Jack said. We continued walking to school. We was going to be later now. When we got to the school the teacher made us go to the office. The day already had a bad start. Now I have to tell my parents what happened soon. They wouldn't be happy about Matt slapping me and me being late. I look at Jack. He gives me a smile. "Everything will be ok." Jack said pulling at his sleeve.
