It had been a few days later, the day Erika was getting released she and Joey walked out side of the hospital and saw his mom waiting in the car she saw them and drove over towards them.
Erika and Joey had arrived at his house Erika was now in a wheel chair so Joey went and got her wheelchair out of the trunk and pushed it over towards her door.
Once they made it in the house and Erika was settled in and resting, Joey and his mom Lauren were sitting down at the table talking about what is going to happen.
Joey and Lauren walked over towards the couch and sat down and turned on the TV to the news and they looked at the top article and it was Erika's mom and it said Johnson's pressing charges on daughter Erika for vandalism of private property. Joey and Lauren rubbed there eyes and rewind the TV and they could not believe it. Joey went over to the home phone and called Erika's dad Mike and no one answered so he called again and he answered, So Joey asked him what was going on and when it happened and he told him "Erika came to my sisters private property farm and spray painted the barn with her name on it, and it was two nights ago. Why" "Because Erika could not have done that while she was in the hospital cause she was hit by a drunk driver after having the worst day at School." "What how come no one told me she was in the hospital?" "Well your wife came to the hospital and slapped Erika and she was told to leave and not come back." "Oh."
