The road to Singleton High School was a long and boring drive. Charmy stared off into the distance out of the small, dirty bus window, thinking about how warm and quiet her bed is, and how she would like to be wrapped up in her blanket instead of sitting on a cold, crowded bus full of crazy, loud teenagers.  She had her headphones in, trying to block the outside noises that were loud and disturbing with the sweet sounding of Skillet, her favorite heavy metal band.

During the long ride, she spent the rest of it in her thoughts, wishing that she could be something than a regular clueless human that had no purpose. She spent most of her time alone in that abandoned warehouse, reading about far off places, daring sword fights, magic spells, and princes in disguise;   whisking their beautiful princesses off their feet into a new and perfect life. The only thing she'd ever really wonder was when would her life being? Where in the world was her prince coming to save her from a dull, and boring existence?

Anderson was a tall boy, with blueish greenish hair, which was usually styled to look nicer, but when you find out that your new car isn't working, and you overslept and missed the bus whose stop is close to your house, and the next one is nearly five blocks away you'd be in a state of panic as well. As he was running to the bus, his bluish greenish hair a mess, his newly bought green plaid shirt was wrinkled. His day wasn't in a great start, sometimes he wondered why on earth did he tell his parents that he wanted to go to a regular human school?!

By the time he finally caught the bus the only seat was next to a girl with headphones in, and staring out of the window, he taps her on the shoulder, and in a very breathy voice he asked "Can....I....sit...here....please?"

Charmy stared at the boy with messy blue and green hair, wondering what the heck he just said, pulled out her headphone and mumbled "What?" to him. "Um can I sit here? Please say yes because the bus driver is giving me the stink eye."The bus wasn't moving and he was being stared at. Anderson was practically red in the face, because of his hair he would always get stared and judged for it. Charmy rolled her eyes and sighed before nodding, she hated when someone interrupted her music, especially when she was listening to her favorite band.

Anderson sat beside her , and the bus started to move, now this isn't his first time on a bus, and to be honest the seats weren't comfortable. He looks at the short black haired girl beside him, and then looks away as his phone started to vibrate. It was his friend Percival was texting and sending him picture of what would have been school if he had chosen it, Merlin school for talented witches and wizards. A school where every witch and wizard's were chosen to be in a great and important figure to other witch and wizards out there.

Charmy wasn't usually a nosey girl, but once she saw pictures of a beautiful building filled with people who looked happy, she had to find out what it was. She yanked out her earbuds and pointed at the picture and asked "What's that?" Like a toddler curious about something it doesn't know about. Anderson jumps and hides his phone in his pocket, at her voice. "Ah! Oh um this is my friend Percival, and he is at his new school." He says with a look of longing on. He missed his friends, but he wanted to see what the humans experienced their lives like. He hands her his phone to look at the pictures of the building, he starts to try to tame his messy hair. The High School came into the view of the bus, he gently takes his phone back and exits the bus once it stops, he disappears into the sea of people.
