Valentine's Problem

Dels POV
He had a big smile on his face when he saw me. I smiled too, because I will admit I like him. Lots of girls do.

He stopped and got off his skateboard and held it up, he looks good like that. "Hey Del, what are you doing around here at this time. Shouldn't you be at the dance?" I shake my head. "I didn't want to because I had no one to go with." He frowns and looks at himself, "What about me."

I smile and get my phone out. "Here, give me your number," I say. He takes it and puts his number in my phone and adds his name as 'Sam☺.' He texts himself so he can add me in and he adds me as 'Delilah🌸😘'

Sam's POV
*TIME SKIP TO VALENTINES DAY. SAM AND DEL ARE TOGETHER AND CALLIE AND SHAE AND JACOB AND ODIE ARE ALL SINGLE. ODIE GOT DUMPED BY SHAE AND HE STILL LIKES HER. JACOB AND CALLIE LIKE EACH OTHER. CALLIE KNOWS HE LIKES HER BUT JACOB DOESNT KNOW THAT SHE LIKES HIM* I don't know what to get Del for vday. I might get her a stuffed duck and some chocolates in a heart. She likes the Orange cream filled chocolates So I will look for those.

All I want is her to be happy. She keeps saying that she will find something for me, but I just want her by my side. She is my all time love and no one will replace her.

Shaes POV
I have forbidden myself to say Odies name again ever, and I don't mind it. I'm done with him and that's great. But he was eyeballing Callie at the dance about 7 months ago. That sounds like a stupid reason to dump someone but oh well, Plus, this kid I know likes me, and I kind of like him too. His name is Peyton. He's a Blondie but he's cute. He is homeschooled though, but we still hang out and Skype/Face Time quite often.

I look at my phone and roll my eyes. It's Callie. She's saved in my contacts as "Callie😷" me and her, yeah we don't get along. Ever since I found out she likes Jacob, she says she doesn't but I know she does.

I decline it. Soon enough she calls again. I decline and send a message,"Not now, jeez, can't you tell?!" Gosh she is annoying.

Callie😷: I'm serious, call me. NOW

Me: No!! Just send a voicemail. Goodness gracious.

Callie😷: it's about Jacob, I can't reach him, he won't answer my calls. I'm really scared...

Me: walk to his house you idiot. He's your neighbor!!

Callie😷: I can't, he's not home, he left on Tuesday (two days ago) to visit his grandma in Fresno.

Me: then drive there, it's in the same state, can't be that far.

Callie😷: Are you stupid?! We are in San Francisco. And it's 3:28 pm. No. My mom would not go for that.

Me: sucks for you. Bye

I call Jacob a bit scared. I still sorta Like him but whatevs. He answers.

Jacob: oops
Me: jaco--

He ends. Wow. I send him a text because I know he has his phone.

"Why aren't you answering Callie, She keeps bugging me and if you don't answer her She will flip out, and I can't take that. I can hardly take what I am getting right now."

"What a Valentine's day." I say aloud.

Callies POV

Odies POV
I decided to get a dark red heart filled with orange creme chocolates and a dark brown teddy bear with a heart saying "I love you" across the front.

We are supposed to meet up at the park to exchange gifts and hang out, so I send a text telling her I'm leaving for the spot. She answers right away and says,"can't come, I'm sick. Love you."

"What a Valentine's day." I say aloud.
