Jacobs POV
I told everyone that I was headed to visit my grandma, but really, I went on a..well, I just left. Me and my older friend. No one knows this, and my parents aren't home, they are in Maryland for business.

Anyway, he wanted to get away from his crazy girlfriend and I needed to get away from all the drama.

I turned my phone on for the first time in a few hours and I see I have 72 missed calls from Callie, 32 messages, and 178 snapchats.

Woah.

I look at them all and reply with a blank message on snapchat. I always do this when I dont want to talk, but they know I'm there. Callie hates it but I do it anyway. It's my signature move.

Callies POV
I took a bath and had spotify playing but it stoped playing and my phone vibrated.

I rolled my eyes because I didn't want to get up so I spent the rest of my tub time silently.

When I got out, I dried myself off and brushed my teeth. After I get dressed, I seen I had a snapchat. I looked to see who it was from and I seen it said "Jake💔"

Words could not explain how I was feeling. Scared and nauseous would probably work.

I opened it and laughed. It was a blank message. Oh how's missed those. He always did this to show that he was busy but he was still there.

I send him a message talking about how I miss him and right after I sent it to him, he opened it.

"Face Time Call Pending From Jakie💔"

I brush my hair back and put on a smile and accept.

We say our hellos, well...he says hello, I burst into tears. After a solid 20 minutes of crying and trying to speak, I wipe the tears and laugh a bit.

"Why are you laughing, Cal?" He asks.

I shake my head. It felt good to hear him say Cal again. Heck, it felt good to just hear him.

I shake my head and say," I miss you Jake!"

He smiles. He was about to reply when a sharp voice interrupted him saying, "Jacob come over here now. Who are you talking to? Come on!" His smile fades.

"Who is that?" I ask in a loud whisper.

Seconds later I receive a snapchat from him saying, "that's my cousin and I gotta go, bye Cal, I miss you too."

Once he realised I was finished reading, he gives me a weak "I'll see you soon." Smile, and hangs up.

(Ok, I know this is the shortest chapter I have ever written, sorry bout that...and that "older friend" is not his cousin by the way. INTRODUCING...DRUM ROLL PLEASE!!!! JAKE PAULLLLLLLLLL)
