In a slightly altered version of Spokane Washington, a vampire story unlike any other takes place.
Xavier Noches (a damaged, depressed, anti-social young man on the verge of insanity), Tony Vispera (seemingly normal teen, but plagued with some anger issues and a lonely heart), Sam Emberson ( a closed-off, gothic beauty of a vampire), and Jalon Singh ( a sarcastic runaway with a video game dependence) have all been changed by the same creator, and are also being hunted by him.
Demetrie (a smooth-talking, gorgeous, too-perfect yet perfectly evil Vampire) is that creator.
Tally Wentz (an Adam Lambert obsessed, teenage "girl" with some issues of her own) and Candy Johnson ( a pink haired, energy filled, unpredictable teen, whos always bubbly and looking for a good time) are the two humans who got caught up in a world they fit into more than they ever thought they would.

Chapter 1
-Xavier-
He slowly opened the door of his dark, prison-like, bedroom. With cautious breaths, he waited for the lunatic he lived with to stumble around the corner, his eyes aggressive and stupid with alcohol. This
was his stepfather, Marcus, who had used to be a smart successful man
until his mother’s…accident.
For a moment, he just stared down the dark hallway, the atmosphere full of doom and deceit. His mind told him to run− to get out while he could− but his feet were frozen in terror, so he waited.
Each second passed agonizingly slow and his heartbeat thudded uselessly away, making the silence even more intense. Then finally, the moment was broken.
“Xavier…you disobeyed me….” His stepfather’s voice echoed through the hallway. His words were tainted with stupor.
Xavier did not speak.
“Ya went an’ tried ta visit yer mother, I told you to stay away from her! The accident took ‘er away! You can’t get ‘er back now!”
Tears brimming in his eyes made Xavier’s feet unfreeze and he ran down the hallway holding his neck, his fingers feeling the two bite holes in his skin.
“And what’s worse your tellin’ me yer becoming a God damn vampire!” He slurred, “Get yer head out o’ the clouds! Ya outta be in that loony bin too!” Anger and suffocated regret dripped from his tongue. “Now imma whip ya till ya can’t take it! This is what you get for not listenin’!”
