Two worlds crossed

Eric and Katsumi had already left for the scavenge mission before they could notice Ryuu and Nicolas was gone. Emily was at the cabin alone as Natalie had decided to go with katsumi. Erics plan was to scavenge the south side of the mountain in hopes of finding small villages and being able to get a team helping them before the survivalists could arrive. Eric and Katsumi would make their way down the mountain along the outer Ridge down to a old town and get food from abandoned stores and such.

But first they had to make their way through the woods, which would be a day long trip, including the train ride to the village. Eric remembered one village that was hidden from maps as he was part of the planning of the building of the village.

Katsumi and eric had made their way into the woods, having to be careful of wolves and bears
as the day grew on. Not a word was said, eric knew Ryuu had left. But he wasn't going to
tell katsumi. The day was drawing to a close without issue. They had made to the train depot
but it was out of power. They knew that the front could be powered but only enough for it to carry the front cargo.

They eventually got the train working on the tech rails, and they made their way down the mountain

They rested for that night as the train ride wouldn't arrive till morning.

Morning eventually broke out and they arrived just 10 minutes later. They walked 3 miles south and found the village. People were gone, so they decided to search the village. Eric had found an out of place building. That hadn't been there before. He walked inside and it was an abandoned base for the survivalists. A test experiment gone wrong. Natalie walked in and noticed that it had destinations planned for the elf world. Where they lived before.

"are they testing to cross worlds?" Natalie asked. As eric looked at the map and saw a destination for the town just 5 miles down the mountain. He decided it was time to go and look

Natalie shut the door behind them as the map also showed the pinpoint of gate 233

As they made it to the facility down the mountain. They saw that there was a worldwide spread planned for the portal to the elfs world. They planned on starting at gate 233, the tournament would have enough people to use for the participants, they would be thrown into the world without anything other than what they brought. No food nor water, beast's such as coltares would be extinct as they would later be hunted. They walked the halls of the facility. Thinking they heard noises, shrugged it off. They walked into the testing chambers viewing room and found files

Wanted: Ryuu Kunari

Age: 16

Reasons: Threat to jeopardize mission, Contacts with suspect "Jasper The 2nd" and Planned with suspect with assassination of Chairmen leader, Aaron Akron.

Capture of suspect shall be brought to hanger 233 and eliminated on sight

Future information shall be delivered to hanger 233

There were more files upon looking, such as katsumi, Eric and Jasper.

"They've been tracking us" Katsumi said, with fear in her voice

"don't worry, they won't find us" Eric said. "But why would Ryuu help with an assassination" Katsumi asked "he wouldn't kill unless needed" she added

"The file is for their gain, none of the information stated was true, i know him. His mom wouldn't raise him as such" Eric said

As they got up to leave, they found a file stating plans for the portal
