Chapter 16

(Zachary's POV)

"Ouch!" I screamed as I landed on the cold hard ground. The ground wasn't dirt. It was red and blue or basically red-purplery. "Wow... Check it out!" Heather yelled as I looked at her direction. A cobblestone tree stood before my very eyes. "Cool... Wait. Where are we?" I asked as I looked around. The skies were red and blackish. The ground was reddish purple and the trees were made of cobblestone, even the leaves. The place looked creepy and scary, especially the frameless moon. Wait. That's a bug. A man in a wired yellow suit came towards us. Heather walked towards him, out of the sudden he shot a fire charge at her. "Ouch! What was that for?" Heather screamed as I rolled his eyes. "It's hostile. We just have to kill him our swords," I yelled as I checked my inventory. Nothing. Not even a dirt block. We use our hands instead. Five minutes later, we got a shiny orange stick. "I get it! Its like starting all over! We can do that!" Heather yelled as I raised his eyebrows. "With all the hostile mobs walking around and will never burn cause there's no sun to burn them?" I asked, hoping she get what I was hinting about. "Oh! It's just in difficulty mode!" she said as I banged my head on the tree. "Oh! I get what you're hinting about..." Heather said as she looked at me like she finally got the answer to 7 grader question. "Come on! Maybe Seana's here," he said, "Or even Jamie..." he mumbled softly so that Heather couldn't hear. We got started to our house, basically made of cobblestone. I sat on the stairs of the house as Heather was cooking some porkchop. I started to remember what Herobrine said. Although we were arch enemies, I thought what he said was right.

(Zachary's Thoughts)

"It was love that help us and kills us too," Alex said as I thought of it. What does it mean? Does it mean that love can help me by finding happiness with that special someone, but can kills us with hate, breakups or even divorces? I closed my eyes as I pictured Jamie's beautiful face. She laid on my chest as I fiddled with her Black and pink hair. She giggled happily as she ran her nails down my chest. "I like your abs," she said as I looked at her lips. They were urging me to kiss them. "And I like this," I said as I leaned my lips came smashing to hers. "Zachary... Zachary... Zachary........ Zachary!"

(Zachary's POV)

My vision faded immediately as Heather's face stood before my eyes. I backed off as I looked at her. "What were you doing?" She asked as she gave me puppy eyes. "Nothing that concerns you," I snapped back, hoping she'll stop asking. "But it does! I want to see you getting married and I want to be your flower girl! Please? Can't a girl fulfill her dream?" she said as she gave me puppy eyes- again. "Fine! Promise you won't tell anyone?" "Promise! But before you start, is it about Seana?" Heather asked. "Of course not!" I said as I got red on the cheeks. "Oh good," she said, giving a sigh of relief. What's wrong with me liking Seana? Weirdo...

(Heather's POV)

"Promise! But before you start, is it about Seana?" I blurted out. "Of course not!" He protested as his cheeks were redder than me accidentally biting a ghost chilli pepper. "Oh good," I said like he wasn't even there. I let out a sigh of relief as he arched his eyebrows. Uh oh. I listened carefully as he looked at me with a weird look on his face. "Uh... I don't want to talk about it anymore... I'm just gonna get some bread and eat." he said, obvious annoyed. "Ok then, see you tomorrow!" I yelled as he walked into his room. I took out the pork chop and ate 2. I then went to my room. As I sat on my bed thinking about Alex, I soon fell into a deep sleep.

(Heather's Thoughts)

I walked on the sand as my brown hair flew to the direction of Zachary. I smiled as he winked back. He ran towards me. I was hoping for a kiss. I closed my eyes as I waited. A soft breeze of wind dashed across me. I opened

my eyes and saw Zachary kissing another girl! Her hair was light brown which went to her waist. Her eyes sparkled when the sun shone on her delicate face. He lips were light pink with a shadow of redness with it. A pink seashell clip was on her fringe, preventing any stray of hair covering her face. Tears streamed down my cheeks. I ran to my room, crying. "Hello Heather, nice to see you again!" the voice yelled. "I bought you some food... What's wrong?" She said as I looked up. It was Grandma Lucy. "Grandma Lucy, can you summarise my looks? And please give the truth," I asked as Grandma Lucy stroked my hair. "Well, your hair is dark brown, your eyes sparkled when the sun shines on your beautiful face. Your lips are dark pink with a pinch of whiteness in it. Any guy would want you," she said as a tear drop rolled out of my eye. Even if I knew my grandma was lying, I still adore her. I scrambled to the mirror in my bathroom. I stared in it. My grandma's description of my looks were totally different when I look at the mirror. My hair was black, my eyes were red and puffy from all the crying and my lips were chalky due to the cold weather. My face was flawless and there were eye bags under my eyes. I tied my hair in a bun as more tears came down. I couldn't just let her get into my life. I have to kill her.

(Heather's POV)

"Wake up, Heather! WAKE UP!!!" Zachary screamed into my eyes as I woke up, obviously angry but happy cause he ended my nightmare. I sat up as I looked into his eyes. "Zachary, I have something to tell you," I said as he sat next to me. "Sure, what is it?" he asked as he rubbed my back in a soothing way. I bit my lips and I look at him. "Zachary, I love you," I said, hoping it wouldn't shocked his heart to death.
