Species name: Gyulith
Appearance/Anatomy: Average height of 7 feet tall, much lighter than most humans despite their bulk. Insect-like appearance; long antennas extending from the back of their triangular head; wings hidden under a scarab-like shell on their back. They have long and slender limbs, three fingers and two toes. The color of their shell varies for each individual: Green, yellow, brown, dark red.
Behavioral Tendencies: Gyuliths are originally nocturnal when living normal lives on their home world of Biforg, but have turned diurnal through contact with other races. They are highly intelligent and curious, observing the different races of their galaxy with much interest. Their language consist of series of short sounds and clicking noises.
Culture: Gyuliths are very advanced technologically and have long passed the time of wars and battles. They are more withdrawn and concentrated in trying to find new knowledge by visiting many planets and making researches on the different ecosystems of the galaxy. Their resistance to harm and mostly any hostile environment allows them to populate many planets with ease. They believe in their race's superiority and trust others with much difficulty. Though they are not aggressive, they will usually never speak to strangers or even acknowledge their existence unless these strangers prove themselves worthy of the Gyulith's attention.
