"Are we there yet?" Wynona asked any of us out in the desert's heat.

"How many times do I have to tell you?! We get there when we get there! Chill out already!" I heard Henry tell Jargonot's team and the rest of us.

"The tomb is over there!..." said Jargonot, after he scanned the three pyramids, and pointed to the second one. I sighed in relief, but then my face changed after Wynona saw the pyramid and started to make a run for towards it.

"Finally! Let's go check it out! And then get ourselves the heck out of here!" Wynona groaned.

"Wait a minute..." I muttered softly to myself. "Something doesn't feel right here..."

"Do you guys hear anything?" Allie asked any of us. She knew what I was hearing from all sides of us except the others, and maybe David did too. Dorothy shrugged at Brian.

"No, I don't think so. Let's move on!..." said Brian as we kept on walking to the pyramids.

"It's so hot in here! Is there any air conditioning right about now? Cause I could really use some cool, fresh air pretty soon guys." I heard Dorothy groan to herself. Allie and Wynona rolled their eyes. Both of them and I know that there's nothing else in here, except tombs that lead you into a trap after somebody has already build another trap right next to it.

"You can't be serious!" Brian said sarcastically.

"So which way do we go from here?" I asked any of them, bewildered.

"Well, look at this tomb. There are caves and hallways everywhere in this place! It'd be kind of hard to find the right one and which ones have the beast and booby traps in them!... What do you think Jargonot? Right or left?" Brian asked him, after he turned his head back and forth to look at all of the tombs and then look back at Jargonot.

"By my calculations, in these tombs, hold booby traps, but I am unsure of which one... And the creature that you have told me about Rose, is asleep in another tomb... As long as we don't wake her up, we'll be fine. If we can keep our voices down and not wake up the guardian, we can make it to the amulet of Salazar in time before our enemies make it." he said, "If we can survive that is."

"Ok, not only is there a guardian that guards the amulet, but booby traps too that doesn't make any sense to me for thieves to come in and steal it for no reason... Also, if we don't wake up the guardian, what if one of goes through the booby traps and wakes her up by accident?! Wouldn't that be a bad thing to go into if she woke up while one of us stupidly went into it?! It wouldn't be good to me, in my opinion! With a guardian that we've never met! And we don't even know if she's friend or foe if you asked me about it or not! I vote that we get out of here right now to find another way for Rose to erase her only memories! And if none of you do it, then I'm out of here anyway if you're not!" I heard my old fake friend David or Henry tell us quite nervously, and softly aloud.

"What's his problem?" Wynona wondered. I shrugged, then I looked over at Dorothy who just looked away after she looked at us and Henry, and then she rolled her eyes in annoyance.

"Come on, Henry, this ain't my first rodeo y'know... We can do this! Remember what we did in Tennessee last time? On an exploration camp in the mountains? I remember it, because it was a classic adventure and we made ourselves into a great team! First you're afraid of heights, now you're afraid of booby traps and haunted tombs? Is there something that you need to tell us right about now, Henry? Cause now would be a good time to tell us before we get moving!"

"If you ever mention that trip again, I'll seriously make you and Dorothy get yourselves eaten by that guardian or lost out in the desert if I hear it one more time! Plus, that was only a one time thing, and I never liked hiking up a mountain anyway! Let's get going already! My feet are getting tired for walking into these old, ancient and dusty tombs of a pyramid!" Henry groaned to himself, as we kept on walking and splitting up into different tombs.

I sighed, "Are you sure that you should come with me Henry, Wynona, and Allie?" I asked them nervously while we walked in separate tomb, that might have either one of the tombs of the third pyramid that we didn't seem to have any problems with except Henry. We could be certain that this tomb we are walking in might have the amulet of Salazar.

"Of course we are, why do you ask such a silly, out of the blues question?" Henry asked me, bewildered and a little bit shocked like he's seen a ghost.

"Well... How do I put it this way?... Um... I just... Well... Considering how things are right now, I've always done things on my own after I left Martin's control over me, but, now, I'm not alone on my own any more in this selfish world... So... All I wanna say is... Thanks guys... For not leaving me behind, is what I mean and helping me with this kind of thing too, is all I have to say..." I said with a smile, after I stuttered for a little while in my nervously tone of voice as we stopped in the middle of a tomb. My smile then faded away after I heard something loud echoing in my ears.

"It's what true friends are for, Rose!" Allie smiled back.

"Is everything okay Rose?" Wynona asked me, after she had notice my face changed.

"Did you guys hear something or somebody scream?" I asked.

"Hear what? It's just us talking!" said Wynona.

"Yeah, what gives Rose?" Henry asked me in confusion.

"Oh, great... Not this again!... Or maybe..." Allie groaned a bit after she cooled down and started to hear us talk for once. I rolled my eyes in disgust and continued to hear for those same noises again that echoed into these rooms, we were silent for a moment.

"Well! I'm not hearing anything, are you?" Henry wondered without curiosity or care.

"You never make sense about anything, do you Henry?" I asked him rhetorically.

"Hey guys! I think that we made another dead end!... We should head back and look for the others before something worse might happen!" Henry replied softly aloud.

"Wait a minute... Wynona... Can you text David to see how he's doing, and if he can come over here into the next tomb and decipher these hieroglyphics, please?" I asked her politely.

"Of course, but I doubt that he will answer me this time... There's barely any service out here today in this hell of an ancient pyramid!..." She said positively with cautions.

"Okay then... Whatever works for you... Because I think that we've found our secret tombs to the Amulet! I wonder how the others are doing better than us!" I said as my eyes went wide with both caution, joy and nervousness going up and down my robotic spine.

"I bet that what we heard earlier means that they've found half of the booby traps already and didn't wake up the guardian yet... Which is a good sign, right Henry?" Allie wondered.

"I hope it is, and if it's not... Then we're already in bigger trouble than what we think we are in today that we have been in through so far..." He answered. "The question is what?..."

"I think that we're about to find out, Henry..." I said coolly.

"Good, Cause I'm not waiting any more to find out what's in those next tombs... If we do or don't survive this mess alone... Considering what just happened today..." He said at last while we waited for Jargonot and the others to get to the tomb that we were standing in while waiting on them, my feet were aching to get out of here once after we get my memories erased. Still, I have no doubts in my heart that we are not alone in this hell of a dusty pyramid to get what we want what is best for me, on the other hands... I'm not so sure that we are alone on this journey after all...
