You decided it was best to take a walk away from him for a bit, gathering your thoughts and processing his last words. You didn't know where you were, you didn't know how could of possibly been in this kind of situation, but you tried your best to hide your fear.

'you're my soulmate' those words echoed through your head over and over again. The more you thought about it the more your stomach developed into a knot, almost making you feel as if you were about to pass out any second.

You exhaled deeply when you heard light footsteps stride across the grass, his figure casting a shadow over you.

"(y/n)..." he breathed, kneeling down beside you, "is everything okay?"

You buried your face into your hands as you felt his cold fingertips trail down your spine, causing your body to tremble.

"Okay? How is any of this okay? You expect me to accept what is happening and go on with life as usual? " the harsh tone in your own voice surprised you, but you were glad you were able to stand your ground.

"You can leave if you want to" Kai murmured, "I wanted you to know the truth, everything from here on will be your decision."

You tilted your head up to face him. His eyes hung low, his usual smile had vanished. You could tell this entire scenario had been hurting him more than it was currently hurting you.

"You've killed people, you could of killed me..." You mumbled, the more you tried to understand, the more you were confused about your own feelings.

Kai remained silent. His focus and attention were elsewhere. He had no intention of killing you from the first moment he laid eyes on you, but what good will that truth do if he was already a natural born killer.

"Nothing makes any sense, you don't make any sense" you sighed, looking up at him desperately. Why did you want to run away from him, but stay by his side? Your mind was in a hurricane of thoughts.

"Do what your heart tells you to" he replied, taking your face in his hands, "because I am no help at this point (y/n), I've fallen fucking hard."

You furrowed your eyebrows as your heart began to race under his touch.

"And you think I haven't? "

Kai looked down at you in confusion as you ran your fingers through your hair roughly.

"Kai? Do you think only your feelings are considered here? I'm in love with you too, and honestly right now I hate it!"

Your immediate anger and confession sent Kai into a frenzy and his lips crashed down into yours. He didn't give you any time to respond to his kiss and parted your lips with his tongue, exploring every crevice of your mouth with eagerness.

You were soon on your back, resting in the soft grass of the dark forest as Kai hovered over you. His plump lips traced over your skin delicately, his touch was more passionate, more soft than he had ever been prior to this.

You breathing became hitched as he opened up your silk gown and his tongue trailed it's way down your body, targeting every weak spot imaginable. He made his way back up to your lips, and locked gazes with you. The way he stared at you was nothing less than intense, you were his muse, you were his other half, you were his everything.

You shut your eyes tightly as Kai slowly entered you, your hands found their way to his hair as began quickening his pace, all that could be heard for miles were Kai's soft grunts and your sighs of satisfaction.

Kai finally came to his peak and rode his high out, his eyes never leaving yours as collapsed beside you, bringing you close to his chest.

"I love you (y/n), you're the only good thing that has ever come to my life, and I can't imagine a life without you."
