Bleeding Crimson Rose

Heart to heart,

shoulder to shoulder,

mind to mind.

Together we intertwine.

Intertwined fingers and unconscious smiles.

Smiling for the feeling,

The feeling of love bloomed in the air like roses in the springtime.

Springtime followed, than the heat of summer, and the coats of winter.

Winter the roses began to wither, hands intertwined, until the last rose was saddened to death.

Death was tragic for the bleeding crimson rose, naked with its petals buried in the snow.

Dear, I suppose we only bloom in warmth, but now that's lost.

Lost, lost my mind, tears pouring, heart churning, fingers numbing, wanting the spring back.

Back to your house. Watching the roses grow, watering, praying to claim my rose once again.

Again striding anger when you pass,

Passing warmth through my body in the frigid temperatures.

Watering, praying, singing, sleeping, rubbing the empty bush.

The bush nevermore had bleeding crimson roses, it stood there, stuck, I was the bush, and you my friend were the rose.
