Castle - Halsey
"Mom, dad, we need to go!" Enid, my sister, yells as walkers start coming our way from both sides.
"Just a second honey, we have to find a fuse for the spark plug!" Mom calls out from underneath the wheel of the car.
Then about seven walkers come right beside the car. "MOM DAD NO!" I yell just as they surround us.

We sit in the car, covered in blood, watching as a walker in a fucking suit eats our mothers stomach. Some day I think that I will understand, but not today.
"Brook?" Enid speaks softly as she shakes with fear, looking pitiful as ever.
"Yeah?" I ask, clutching my knife firmly in my hand, drawing 'JSS' with my finger on the window dust. That's how we survived. 'Just Survive Somehow'.
"Why didn't they fight back?" I watched as a tear slipped out of her eye and onto he hand as she wiped it away.
"They were weak, but guess what." She turns to me, "We're not. get your stuff, let's go." I throw open my door, running and stabbing the walker in the head.
She slowly gets out of the car, "What are you doing?! You're going to get us killed, do you understand me?!"
"No, I am going to help us survive, do you understand me. Now, you can either sit here, and die slowly, or you can follow me, and survive." I wave her to me as I start walking.
I hear her sigh and then jog up to me as we start walking down the road. Along the way we killed walkers, slept in cars, and bathed in the rain.
We had to scavenge for food. I used my hunting skills to get us food, although Enid killed a poor turtle, but hey, it was good protein.
I could tell that she was still a little wary on the whole thing. She wasn't going to be strong unless we found a good spot to call home, and truth be told, neither was I.
All I had was my pistol, knife, and strength. Enid had just her knife, seeing as she was always scared of guns. I never understood why she was scared of the one thing that would keep her alive, safe, and kill those that needed it.

Walls. That's the only reassurance I needed to feel safe. There were people talking, chatting laughing about life behind those walls. They were safe in there. Behind those walls.
"Let's go." I motion to the chain fence covered in some sort of tarp to keep the walkers out.
"But what if they aren't safe?" Enid asks breathless.
"No one is safe anymore, don't you get that?" I growl at her, "Let's go or I'm leaving you."
I walk up to the fence, banging on it. "Hey! We're survivors!"
A few seconds later, the fence slides open and I'm greeted with a gun and a smile. "Drop your weapons. It's safe in here."
We both walk through the gates, giving them our weapons, looking towards a woman with shoulder length red hair.
"My names Diana, welcome to Alexandria!" She greets, a big smile on her face as she sows us around.

This is a little run on how Enid and Brook made it to Alexandria. And this is true, if you aren't caught up with the show yet, which you should be.
