"YAAAAAAAAAY!" Finn yells. I decide to text Hayley, just so she knows not to stall all day.

To: Hayley
Forget it, I'm not going. Thanks anyway love x

I put my phone into my pocket, and we begin walking in the direction Jack and Finn had initially been walking in.
"So where do you want to go?" Jack asks me, smiling.
"Me? I assumed you guys had already had a plan of where you wanted to go, considering you're the ones who decided not to go first."
"Not really. We kinda just decided about five minutes ago that we weren't going, so we were just walking," Finn replies, shrugging.
"And it's your birthday! You deserve a nice birthday," Jack adds.
"You've known me for two seconds, and I'm already skipping school with you, and now you're telling me I deserve a good birthday? My god, I could be a freaking terrorist, and you guys are being so nice!" They laugh.
"First of all, I highly doubt you're a terrorist. Secondly, you are gorgeous, as Finn said before." Finn shrugs, smiling. Jack half-smiles.
"And C," Finn continues for him, "you seem really nice, and nice people deserve good birthdays."
"Personally, I could go for some Maoam right about now."
"Aaliyah, you've come to the right twins," Finn replies, pulling a strawberry Maoam out of his pocket.
"Awe, Finn, you're the sweetest!" I start eating it, and feel my phone vibrate, and pull it out of my pocket.

From: Hayley
Any other day I'd call you a bitch, but it's your birthday. This is unlike you though, any particular reason why you're not coming (besides missing the bus)?

To: Hayley
Just too long of a walk, and I'd rather not be yelled at for being late on my birthday, you know.

I don't mention Jack and Finn to her, due to the fact that she's had a crush on Jack since year eight.
"Do you want to shop or something?" Jack asks, smiling.
"I want food, but can we stop by my house really quick so I can go pick up some money?" I ask.
"Sure, but then, won't your parents know you're home?" Finn asks.
"My mum's not home, so no, shouldn't be a problem."

We walk over to my house, in which I quickly realise that my room is a complete mess and if either of the twins were to go in there, I'd probably die of embarrassment.
"I'll be right back, I'm just gonna run up to my room and grab some money."
"But we wanna see it!" Jack and Finn both whine. I roll my eyes.
"It's a bomb shelter in there. So, no."
"I don't care!" Jack replies.
"Me either!" Finn adds.
"Fine, whatever." I realise this is going to go on for a while if I keep disagreeing, so I just agree.

We head up to my room, and I walk in. Clothes are strewn throughout the small white bedroom, and my computer rests on my unmade bed.
"Nah, it's not bad," Jack replies. "I got you a flower," he laughs and pulls one out of the vase on my dresser, and hands it to me, smiling like a five-year old.
"Oh, Jack." I laugh and take it. He claps his hands.
"YAAAAY!" he yells. I finally find my money beside my laptop, and pull out about £50.
"This should be good, right?"
"Yup!" Finn replies. "Let's go to Nando's!"

If you don't know, Maoam is a European candy, which is sort of the equivalent to the American Laffy Taffy. As well, Tesco is pretty much the British Walmart or Target. Thanks for reading you guys, I love you! =]
