(Kankri pov)
I was looking for something to wear. I picked out a leather jacket that was sitting at the back of my closet. I never wore it. I got it for my birthday. And picked out some black skinny jeans. Also with a red T-shirt of course. Red is life and I forever respect it. It was 8:30. I got time to freshen up a little. So I just spent most of my time taking a shower. Once I got out it was 8:55. So I dried and threw on some underclothes along with the clothes I picked out. I brushed my hair. I text Cronus to wait because my father he usually wishes us good night. So I jumped in bed hiding what I was wearing. My dad came in wishing me a good night before he went off to bed. By the looks of it he going to be dead tired. I hopped out placing pillows for replacement and covered it up. I texted Cronus that I was ready. Waiting at my window. He was standing there with his hoodie on. Waiving to me I shook down the vine support. What can I say our family loves roses. Not karkat though. When I got down I hugged him. It was like a fairy tail. We walked to a restaurant that was in the city. The city was filled with lots of lights and people. Party people down to the business people. Guess Cronus had this all planned out? But we arrived at the restaurant. It was quiet and red inside. I've been to restaurants in the city but I never seen this one. We went up to a hostess.

As we got to the hostess. She knew exactly who I was. Not bothering to ask, she sat us down at a nice booth. Kankri was looking fine in the leather jacket. The skinny jeans made it better. He smilled at me, moving fallen hair from his face. 'Crap I'm probably blushing like crazy. It not normally like this. I'm usually the flirt but he's fucking my mind up. He will not win! He will not wvin.... I'm fucking talking to myself OK. Stop this is crazy.' "What would you two like?" One of the waitress asked. I looked for something and Kankri answered "I'll have the Paella Primavera. Thank you." He gave her the menu and all eyes on me."And what would you like sir?" I emersed myself into the menu. "Ill have (something you might eat). Please." I handed her the menu. Sighing of the stress. "Are you ok Cronus?" I nodded as he held my hand. "Its ok Cronus. Your probably nervous. I'm nervous too. This is actually my first date ever. Its one I'll never forget either." He smiled. I held on to his hand as he tries to pull away. My face completely red "Kankri I think I love you. Your fucking up my thoughts and shit. I'm usually the flirt here but shit your smile is getting me off track. If we were older I would be the one on one knee asking you the biggest question ever. Maybe that day will happen. I can't seem to see what I was like without you." He was blushing obviously.

Oh my Gog. I don't know what to say. I'm totally off guard. His violet eyes sparkling. Marry me! Marry me right now! Forget celibacy. He swept me off my feet with words. Yet I'm sitting here looking like an idiot. My glance not escaping his. I want to run away with him somewhere we can be happy. Our fathers would never actually let us officially date. Our little secret now. Speaking of fathers, what time is it? "Cronus would you know what time it is?" I asked as he pulled out his phone. "Its 10:00 pm. Don't worry we'll make it back before they wake up. Promise you babe." He smiled.
