Chapter 2

Sofia's POV:

Finally the decorations for prom have been done one week before prom now i just need to handle a few things , my studies , stepmother and her kids and my job at the diner. I thanked all the students for helping me in the decorations and gave them free tickets for prom. 

Now everybody would finally be finding dates for starry night ,the theme for prom. Today i went back early , first i went to the diner did my work there for two hours then when i was on my way back home i hit my head in to someones chest and fell to the ground 

"Ouch!" I said rubbing my head still on the ground "I'm so sorry are you ok?" The person gave me their hand which I gladly accepted I looked up to see Cameron looking at me "Thanks and I'm fine Though I have to go so um..bye" I waved and went to the direction of my house

When i reached school i saw fire trucks and smoke all around. To my surprise and terror i found our hard work for prom burnt to ashes and ruined.

 The principal Mr Charles was talking with the fire men , I went over to him to talk about what happened and the only thing he told me was that somebody burnt it down and that there will be no prom this year

.I was shocked but couldn't let anyone down so i went over to him and told him that I can do it all over again, he agreed and said ok!. "You might be needing some help in that so As you know that Cameron has been getting in a lot of trouble??" He asks me I nod but what does that have to do with this "So I've decided that instead of getting detention he can help you finish these decorations with all the others" What does fate have in store for me  "Are you ok with this?" He questions I nod again he told the Cameron Dallas to co -operate with me to fix the prom decorations. In all of the people was he the one who he had to assign to work with me
