CHAPTER 3:
"Attack on Pizza" - 2:3

Nikolas waited patiently for ten minutes until he saw the guy on a pizza motorcycle heading his way.

After he heard Alis ordering a pizza and taking the weapon he had in mind, he went down on to the street and waited for delivery guy to bring it. However, he was surprised that they had literally no privacy from those thick walls. Paying attention to the guy getting off his bike and taking a large pizza, he smirked, getting ready to proceed with the plan. This was going to be so much fun.

"Hey, there. Is that pizza for no. 28?" He went in Alis' apartment once when his sister, Kaley, lived with her so he remembered it well. Plus, their buildings are practically same, so it was no big deal to figure her number out. She now lives in Seattle with her husband, so he made a mental note to visit her soon.

"Yes, and you are..." the guy asked suspiciously and Nikolas sighed, thrilled with act.

"Me, I'm the guy who was unfortunate enough to be the boyfriend of the girl that lives in there. She threw me out just because I made her cat sleep in the living room instead of in the bed with us. She loves it more than I do. Women are such a pain, you know?" he said, acting like a guy who had really gone through that, though he wasn't sure if she had a cat - but who cared anyway.

"Oh. Trust me man, I feel you. I just broke up with my girlfriend who broke my Playstation because I didn't want to go shopping with her," he said and Nikolas could almost start jumping in joy. What a lucky coincidence.

"Really? Man, you had it rough," he offered him a look of pity making the guy groan.

"Tell me about it. So what did you want?" he asked. Nikolas grinned. Phase two.

"You see, I really want to pay her back, so I was wondering if you could help me? You know, as a guy who's been in my shoes. Man to man," he hoped that the guy will say yes, because if he doesn't, he's in big problem.

"Dude," he started, "In my year of working, I've never seen a chance as good as this. You can count on me, what can I do? Call her on fake date? Scare her? Wait until pizza's too cold before giving it to her?" he asked and Nik shook his head.

"Nah, that's too stereotypical. And besides, I want her to know that it's me, not to blame you, got it?" he asked, getting the delivery guys attention.

"So, what then? How do you make her know it's you?" he asked and Nik took out the small box which contained the required weapon.

"Youre gonna love this. Open the pizza," he said, and the guy did as he was told before he managed to put the containment from the little square box on pizza. He almost felt sorry for destroying it like that, but then again - it was to get his revenge so it was worth it.

"Are those real?!" the guy asked once he saw what Nikolas put inside.

"Of course not, but she wouldn't know. They're too little for her to notice the difference," Nik shrugged it off as he put the box in his pocket and closed the pizza.

"All set now, thanks again for help. I'll never forget it," he said as he was preparing to leave.

"Not a single word. I'm glad I could help out a bro," he replied making Nik grin.

"It was nice meeting you..." he trailed waiting to hear his name. He probably found a friend.

"Brand. And you?" the guy asked back.

"Nikolas. I live in the building next door," he pointed to the building on left from Alis', "Hope we meet again," and he offered his hand.

"Me too, you don't meet every day a guy plotting revenge on his girl..." he started but Nik interrupted him.
