Justin's P.O.V.
I woke up to a little flicker of light coming through my curtains. I groaned a little before pulling myself up and out of bed. If felt weird sleeping alone last night I was so used to Peyton's warm body up against mine. I thought it would be best if I stayed at my house last night so Peyton and Riley could get there girl time. Now I was starting to regret it.
I was actually surprised that Peyton took everything well yesterday. If I would have know that would have been the outcome I would have told her a lot sooner. I shook my thoughts off and walked downstairs. My mom was no where in sight so I figured she was out shopping or whatever girls do. I didn't feel like making any breakfast because lets face it I'm a little bit on the lazy side sometimes. I walked into the kitchen grabbing a cup and pouring some captain crunch in it my favorite cereal. Don't judge it's a fast and easy way to eat dry cereal. I grabbed a spoon from a drawer and walked back to the couch letting my butt smack the cushion.
I ate some of my cereal and watched tv until I heard the doorbell ring. I sat my cup on the coffee table and walked over to the door. Before I had a chance to open the door I heard little sobs coming from the other side. Opening the door in a hurry I saw a crying Peyton. Tears were streaming down her face and she looked like she couldn't breath. She ran into me wrapping her arms around me and squeezed me tight.
Was she sad that I was leaving today? Or was it something else. I guided her inside sitting her down on the couch with her hands to try and calm her down a bit.
"Pey what's going on"? She shook her head and buried her face deeper into my chest. Leaving my shirt damp. I kissed her lightly on the top of her head. She looked up at me ready to speak.
"Remember when I told you I had a idea. She said sniffling I shook my head wanting her to continue.
"Well......".
*FLASHBACK* Peyton's P.O.V.
I knocked on my mom's door. Justin was leaving today and I figured that I could convince mom to let me go with him for a week. She liked Justin so I was thinking that it would run by smoothly. It's only a week what harm could it do? My mom opened her door motioning for me to come in. I stood waiting for her to face me I just wanted to get this over quickly.
"Mom is it ok if I go away with Justin and Pattie for a few days". She looked shocked for a minute.
"Away what do you mean away".
"Like on a vacation kinda".
"Vacation where"? She put her hands on her hips.
"To LA". I smiled.
"Why are they going on vacation"?
"Justin is working on his singing career, and I thought it would be nice if I went and supported him".
"That's very sweet of you but I don't know how I feel about you going with Justin". She shook her head.
"Mom nothing is going to happen". I rolled my eyes.
"I don't know Peyton when are they leaving"?
"Today". I gave her a shy smile.
"Peyton your still in school".
"I can have them excuse me".
"Ask your father". She pointed towards the bathroom. Before I had a chance to speak my father stormed out of the bathroom.
"I don't think so young lady"! He practically screamed.
"I didn't even ask dad". I rolled my eyes again.
