I was lying next to her,
We looked into each others eyes,
We leaned in closer and I kissed her,
She pulled away immediately,
She stood there and stared at me with those emerald eyes,
I saw a tear slip down her face as she ran away,
I went home that night thinking I had made the biggest mistake of my life,
The next day I saw her and she raced up to me and gave me a hug,
She whispered," I was confused when I left. I didn't know if that was how I felt about you. But now I'm sure."
Then put her lips to mine,
That's how I'm lying next to this beautiful girl right now.
