What Have I Done? Chapter 20...

Kakashi

He rushed to the hospital as he heard that Naruto had overdosed, What the fuck is wrong with me?

He pushed the doors open walking over to the reception, Minato was there getting some coffee.

"Hey, what's going on? Is Naruto okay?" Minato turned around looking at his former student.

"What the hell is going on between you and him? Why weren't you there?" Minato asked trying to keep his composure.

"I was... I was busy."

"You were busy? Doing what? I thought you and Naruto were happy."

"I...I-I was..."

"Kakashi what the hell were you doing?" Minato growled.

"I was cheating on Naru-t-to." Minato grabbed him pushing him up against the wall, grabbing his throat.

"YOU WERE CHEATING ON NARUTO?! With who?"

"I can't breathe." Kakashi gasped.

"You better start talking Kakashi otherwise I will kill you, now fucking tell me who you were cheating on Naruto with."

"I can't."

Minato tightened his grip on his throat, picking him up throwing him across the room, everyone stared horrified as Minato walked over to Kakashi who was laying in the floor.

"TELL ME WHO YOU WHERE CHEATING ON HIM WITH!"

"I-I'm so sorry, Minato." Minato grabbed him by the arm and pulled him up slamming him against the wall, making a hole where he slammed Kakashi's head into the wall.

"Naruto is dying because of you!" Minato said collapsing onto the floor,  at Kakashi's feet.

"Just tell me... I need to know. Who is it?"

Kakashi sucked in a breath before answering, "Shi-Shisui."

"Shisui Uchiha? I can't believe you Kakashi, I trusted you."

"I'm so sorry, Minato."

"Just leave, you aren't welcome here."

Kakashi nodded sadly before walking out of the hospital, dragging his feet along the gravel road.

Sasuke

Sasuke woke up, as he felt a hand brushing through his hair. He looked up slightly and met with sparkling blue eyes, but they weren't just any pair of blue eyes, they were Naruto freakin Uzumaki's eyes.

"Naruto?"

"Hey, Sasuke." Naruto continued to brushe Sasuke's hair, and then he slid it down his cheek, resting at his neck. Sasuke's pulse jumped at his touch.

"I love you, dobe." Sasuke said looking into his eyes, seeing the pain inside of them, his heart broke at that not seeing the happiness that he usually saw.

"No, you don't. No one cares."

"Hey, I care." Sasuke said grabbing Naruto's hand.

"Where's my parents?"

"You're mom went home reluctantly, and your father just had a fight with Kakashi.

Naruto began to cry, pulling away from Sasuke, rolling over to the other side of the bed, "Naruto stop please." Naruto turned over looking at him with sad eyes.

Naruto pulled the blankets back, and grabbed Sasuke's hand pulling him into the bed next to him, wrapping an arm around Sasuke's waist.

Sasuke moved a hand through the sobbing boys hair, "I don't know what happened between you two, but I'm here if you want to ta-"

Naruto slammed his lips against Sasuke's, feeling him tense but then Sasuke repositioned himself, cupping Naruto's face, Sasuke gasped as Naruto licked his bottom lip, feeling the boy slip his tongue into his mouth, their tongues dancing, they pulled away as they heard a gasp, come from the other side of the room. Itachi......

Itachi

Itachi walked down the corridor before stopping at the door, grabbing the doorknob, he slightly pushed it open ajar. His heart broke as he saw Naruto in between Sasuke's legs, making out passionately, he couldn't help but gasp as he couldn't believe what he was seeing, he never thought Sasuke would betray him, Was I not good enough? What's wrong with me?

He saw Sasuke look up at him with shock, he pushed the grabbed the doorknob, and slammed it shut behind him, running down the corridors escaping from them. He was stopped by Minato, in the waiting room, "Hey is everything okay?" Minato asked worried.

Itachi collapsed against Minato's chest, crying his heart out, Minato wrapped an arm around him, "Is Naruto okay?" Itachi began to sob harder as his heart was beginning to rip out of his chest.

Sasuke

Sasuke pulled away from Naruto running out of the room, he had to find Itachi, What have I done? He ran into the waiting room seeing Minato hugging Itachi as he cried against his shoulder, Sasuke's heart broke into a million pieces, seeing Itachi so vulnerable was heartbreaking.

He walked over to them, "Niisan?" Itachi pulled away from Minato, looking down at him as his eyes held the same pain Naruto's did.

"Wh-what do yo-you want Sasuke?"

"I'm sorry, Itachi. I don't know why I kissed him I just-"

"You lo-ve him, I get it. It was stupid to think that you could actually love me, but I-I gue-guess I was just one of your play toys, and you got bored of me." Itachi sobbed, Sasuke's eyes began to water.

"No it's not like that. I love you, Itachi." Sasuke said grabbing Itachi's arm, Itachi flinched at his touch and pulled away, "It's o-okay I want you to be happy, and if that means you want to be with him, I'll let you be." Itachi said rubbing the tears out of his eyes.

"Itachi I love you."

"No you dont, I don't know what we were thinking, this was stupid. I was stupid to believe I actually had a chance with you."

"You do, Itachi. I love you."

Itachi ran out of the hospital, running out into the rain, running to their apartment.
