It was the middle of the night, your family was asleep. The whole house was filled with silence. No sounds, nothing. You tiptoed out of your room making yourself into the kitchen. You tried to be as quiet as you can, looking at the cabinet under the kitchen sink. You slowly crouched down, reaching for the handle to open the door. You see a bright yellow toolbox, opening that up slowly looking hard into it. It was dark and you could barely see anything in the box. You put your hand into the box using your senses trying to find something that was sharp. You then felt a pain slice across your index finger. You tried not to make a sound, and grabbed the sharp object that injured your finger. You opened your hand and looked at it, you found it.
You closed the toolbox quickly, and closed the cabinet doors. You stood up, biting down onto your lip from the pain. You couldn't see if it was bleeding or not. You made your way quietly back into your room, closing the door behind you and turned on the lights. You sighed in relief as you held the razor in your hand. You set it down onto your desk, you then looked at your finger. It was bleeding, you hurrily looked all over your room for some tissues. You found some and wrapped it around your finger, taking some tape that was on your desk taping it down.
You sighed again, sitting on your bed. It was 3:35 AM.
