I was walking down the hallway going to my next class when my friend Nick came up next to me snapping me out of my train of thought. "Hey" he said to me before I turned over to him nodding before looking in front of me.
He cleared his throat and was about to ask me a question when the bell rang. "Crap I gotta go bye" I say quickly before running to my class.
I get to class and sit down before the class starts. I was taking notes thinking about him. Why am I thinking about him? Do I like him? Why do I like my friend? My best friend to be exact. I said to myself.
I made it through the class trying not to think of him which by the way was really hard to do. The bell rang letting us out. I grabbed my stuff and walked out fast so I could go meet him by his locker.
Right as I opened my locker I hear a voice behind the locker door. "Hey Morgan ready for our date?" Asks Nick. I nodded as I closed my locker.
He grabbed my hand and we walked out hand in hand to our cars. We both drove over to the park. I make my way to where Nick was.
*Time skip*
We were sitting on the blanket eating the fruit. We stopped eating as his hand swiped against mine making me get shivers running down my back like sparks of fire. I smile as he looked up at me as he intertwined our fingers together.
I look at his eyes then down at his lips and back up to his eyes. We start to lean in until our foreheads touch stopping us from kissing. "I love you Morgan" he said to me making me blush.
I lift my forehead away from his and smile. "I love you too." I say to him. "Well maybe you'll like to be my girl-" he says before I interrupt him kissing him taking him by surprise. I pull away to see his eyes get big making me laugh. "Whoa" was all he said before I smiled.
The rest of the time we hung out laughing at inside jokes and memories we had. We also shared some kisses here and there.
