An hour later and the play was finally over and I couldn't wait for Matt to come to his dressing room so we could get home. "Chris, you're hiding something from me," Danni said.
"It's something I rather not talk about," I said quietly.
"It's about Matt isn't it? You know what happened don't you?"
The way Kim went around bragging she slept with Matt, I wouldn't be surprised if Danni knew. I looked at her, "Why? Do you know?"
"Huh? Oh no, I don't know anything about it. I just have this feeling you're hiding something from me. You know you can tell me anything."
"Danni, I know I can. But the fact is that Matt doesn't even know that I know."
"This must be big then," Danni said all to eager to know what was going on. I was just about to tell her when we heard the door open.
"Hey babe," Matt said coming over to me and kissing me.
"This is my cue to leave," Danni said.
"You don't have to," Matt said.
"No offense Matt, but I doubt Chris would want me to see you changing out of your clothes," she laughed. "Plus Taylor would want to know why I'm not in his room waiting for him."
"Tell him I said hi!" I called to her as she left. I turned and saw Matt changing out of his costume. I walked up behind him and wrapped my arms around him, "I love you," I whispered.
"I love you too," Matt said as he stopped changing. He turned to look at me, "Is everything alright?"
"Fine," I smiled. "I just feel like I don't tell you enough how much I love you."
"Babe, you don't need to tell me. I know you love me just by how you show me you do," he leaned down and kissed me.
"Hmm Hmmm," we heard someone say from the door. I turned around and sighed when I saw my brother. "What is it Joey?"
"Can't he keep his lips off of you for even just one second?" Joey said.
"Hey, she's my wife. I can kiss her if I want to," Matt butted in.
"Don't even talk to me. Just because I'm nice to you on stage, doesn't mean I want to talk to you once the show is over. It is called acting!"
"Alright, knock it off Joey," I said getting in between them. "Did you want something?"
"I was just stopping by to say goodnight," he glared at Matt.
"Fine, goodnight Joey," I said closing the door when he left. "Next time, remember to shut the door and he won't bother us," I laughed.
"Guess I was just so excited to get back to you I totally forgot," he smiled pulling me close.
"Don't you want to get dressed so you can see your fans outside and we can get home?"
"Why bother? I have the only fan who matters right here with me," he said kissing me.
"I don't think your fans would like it if they found out you didn't come out to see them just so you could get some with your wife," I said pushing him away. "Plus I want to get home, I'm tried."
"Chris, you can't keep pushing me away you know. How can we start a family if you never want to be with me?" Matt said as he went back to change into his clothes.
He was right, ever since I took him back the second time and found out he slept with Kim, I never wanted to be intimate with him. Something made me feel uneasy every time we'd come close too. "Matt, I'm sorry. You know I would love for us to start a family but I just don't feel ready for us to be like that yet."
