It was a nice breezy, sunny day on the south side of Chicago. I thought "why not"? The weather is perfect so what's wrong with wearing a crop top with a skater skirt? I even thought since I was having a good hair day I would put my wavy hair in a curled ponytail.
Today, like most days my best friend from down the street, Carl, would walk me to school. I ran down the stairs to see that my mom and dad had already left for work. I ate breakfast then walked out the door with my books in hand to see Carl looking good as always. God Damn, do I love those cornrows on him.
"Hi beautiful, how's your morning going?" he asked sweetly which wasn't out of the ordinary.
"Just fine." I said hesitantly knowing there was something he wanted. "What do you want from me Gallagher?"
"Nothing, just wanted to see how my favorite girl is doing." he said.
I blushed, "Well thanks. That's very sweet of you."
We talked about random shit and Carl brought up the fact that I didn't usually dress like this which was true. Carl didn't know this but I get bullied terribly. I don't know why. I treat everyone with the kindness and respect they deserve but I guess that's high school for you. Carl didn't know that I got bullied because I always make sure he's never around when the attacks occur. The other day, he was this close to finding out but I told him a teacher needed him.
"Well Lovebug, I guess I'll see you at lunch" he says in rush.
"Yea, I guess." I say timidly as he kisses my cheek and runs off to his new love interest Casey Cambridge aka Casey CumSlut.
"Hey whore. Don't think we would forgot about your daily beating." Danny, the biggest ass wipe of the century yelled across the yard to me.
"Please just leave me alone today, Please!" I begged.
"Hmm let me think about it...NO!" he said as he punched me in the face. That's when everything went black.

"Mr.Gallagher, she's going to be fine now go to class" I heard Helga, the school nurse says to Carl.
"Come on babe, lets get to class. We don't want to be late." CumSlut said.
"Uh.. ok I guess just tell me when she wakes up."
"Will do Mr.Gallagher, Will do."
I finally opened my eyes and flinched at all the sun that was entering the room through the blinds.
"Hi Ms. Helga" I said in a quiet voice.
"Oh sweetie you're finally awake! We are so glad that Carl found you when he did because who knows what would've happened" she said with happiness and sorrow in her voice.
"What happened!" I said urgently wondering if Carl had saw my bullies from hell in action.
"Carl had found you laying in the grass knocked out cold, picked you up, and brought you here."
I smirked. My hero. The headache hurt like a son of bitch though.
"I called your mother and she should be here shortly. You are welcome to stay here if you would like. All your stuff is here."
I nodded my head and laid back down. What was I going to tell Carl. He wouldn't believe me if I just said I fell.
My mother had finally arrived and as I was walking down the hallway Danny and his gang had pushed my down which caused my skirt to rip. They laughed as I quickly got my things and ran down the hallway with tears staining my cheeks. I looked to the side of me and saw Carl with anger and sadness in his eyes while Casey CumSlut was kissing his neck. I turned from the disgust that was displayed and ran to my mother's car. She had asked me what happened and I didn't replying tried to ignore my horrible headache.

It was around 4 pm when there was a loud knock on the door. My mom didn't get it because she went back to work so it was just me in the house. I opened the door and saw my handsome best friend standing in the doorway in all of his glory with my homework.
"We need to talk. Now!" he yelled as he walked up the stairs and into my bedroom.
I quickly shut and locked the door so I could face Carl's wrath.
"It was them wasn't it?" he asked quietly.
"What?" I asked acting dumbfounded.
"It was Danny wasn't it?!? He hurt you! Why didn't you tell me?"
I didn't know how to respond. You could see the hurt and anger in his eyes.
"Yes, but I didn't want to tell you because you are way overprotective"
"Of course I would be! You are one of the girls I actually love so why would I let anyone hurt my girl?"
"Your girl?" I said surprised
"Yes, MY GIRL and I'll be damned if anyone lays a finger on you again" he said with determination.
"I'm sorry. You have your cool friends and I don't have anyone really. I don't want you to take up for me all the time. You've been doing it forever."I said near tears.
He came over and wiped my tears.
"Ok maybe that's true but I protect you because you deserve everything and I'm totally willing to give it to you. So don't let it happen again Lovebug and don't worry about those fuckers anymore, Nick has taken care of them." he said with a sexy smirk.
Nick sure did put them in their place. All of them had two black eyes the next day. Those bitches never bothered me again. Now all I have to do is take care of that whore Casey.
