Hanna's pov
I wake up at 6:30 because of Hailey. I calm down her crying then feed her and change her.
I make breakfast for me and Spencer then Spencer wake up and comes downstairs and we eat
"So what do you wanna do today?" Spencer asks
"I was thinking maybe taking Hailey out on a walk to the park. Its suppose to be nice weather today" I say
"I think ill join you" Spencer says and takes a sip of coffee
"Spence what are you doing?!" I say and take the mug out of her hands
"What was that for? Im drinking my coffee!" Spencer says aggrivated
"Youre pregnant. You cant have coffee" I say
"Oh ya i forgot sorry. Pregnancy hormones" She says
"Alright its okay" I say
Spencer cleans up breakfast while I get myself and Hailey ready for our walk to the park.
Im wearing some leggings, a long sleeve workout shirt, and tennis shoes.
I put Hailey in leggings, a onesie, a zip up sweatshirt hoodie, and adorable tiny little tennis shoes.
I grab her diaper bag and put everything else we need in her stroller then we go out on our walk.
We're about halfway there when I see an all too familiar black van trailing behind us.
"Spence. Walk faster" I say and start walking faster
"Whats wrong with you hanna?" Spencer asks and the van starts moving closer to us
"Look behind you" I yell and start jogging
"Holy crap!" Spencer yells and runs up next to me
"Take Hailey out of the stroller and run with her" She says
"But this stroller costed over $300!" I say
"Would you rather die?!" Spencer yells
"Ugh no!" I say and take a now crying Hailey out of the stroller and leave it there and me and Spencer run
Unfortunately, we just ran into a dead end and the black van trapped us. This is it. We're gonna die.
"Spence...i dont wanna die" I say and start crying
"Its gonna be okay Han" Spencer says and takes Hailey from my arms and holds both of us tightly
"No matter what, I love you guys" Spencer says
A black hooded figure climbs out of the van and thats the last thing I see before everything turns black
Caleb's pov
Today's the day we go back home. I can't wait to see Hanna and Hailey again. Well Spencer too.
Our light just landed and we're driving home. All 3 kids slept the whole flight so that was good.
I'm driving down our road and I see smoke coming from our house. I turn the corner and it's engulfed in flames. There are firefighters, police officers, and paramedics frantically running around. I see 3 body stretchers being brought out. They don't even look like people they're so burnt and black. Its just bone and burnt flesh.
"Its them isn't it" I say to a police officer
"Who are you sir?" He asks
"Caleb Rivers. That's my wife, her friend, and our baby girl" I say and burst out into tears. I'm crying, the kids are crying, Toby's crying. This cant be happening
"We aren't fully able to identify the bodies but we do believe it is Hanna Rivers, Spencer Cavanaugh, and Hailey Rivers" another police officers says
No. No. No. This cant happen to me. My baby girl. My beautiful wife. I'm not ready to be a single father. Lucy and Max just lost their mom. What am I suppose to tell them. We lost our house. We lost everything.
A/N- sorry I haven't updated in like a month. Anyways, Hanna, Spencer, and Hailey ARE NOT dead. A used decoy bodies in the fire to make Caleb and Toby think they're dead. But they're not. Just clarifying.
