Breathing

So guys earlier today I sorta hyperventilated, not full on, just a few min fangirl over load over I message I got. And I thought that was bad.......

.

I was asleep at nine, I would have gotten 10 hours sleep, but I had to have a shower, my sister woke me up, perfectly fine shower..... For about two seconds. Hyperventilating, my vision was blurry and I couldn't understand a word Brendon sang. Kept going, I got out of the shower, and my breathing calmed, still hadn't finished my shower though....
I had most of the shower sitting down.

Yay for claustrophobia............ Help me.
