Chapter 9- Surprised

Bailey's POV
Yesterday was not a great day. I didn't like it AT ALL. I just can't believe that I-

"Bailey! Time for breakfast!" I heard my mom say

"Ok mom! I'll be right there!" I said in response. So I got up, left my room, and went downstairs.

"Good morning Bailey! How's your head? Is it ok? Oh and what do you want? Pancakes or Bacon?" My mom said in a rush.

"I'm fine mom it kinda hurts but I can take it. Oh and I'd like to have some Pancakes." I told my mom.

"Ok Bailey!" My mom said in a peppy voice. My mom can be peppy at the morning but tense when she comes back to work. As for my dad, he just stays home and watches TV nothing much going on in his life.

"Bailey! Pancakes are done! Now sit down and eat them. And when your done, take a bath and brush your teeth because your morning breathe is bad..." My mom told me

"Heh... Ok mom" I said back to her. So I ate my Pancakes, went back to my room and started to take a bath. Then I brushed my teeth and dressed up.

"Darn it! I forgot to fix my stuff last night!" I said. "Gotta fix it now..."

(Doorbell rings)

Who's that? I have to fix my stuff though.

"Ylona! What a surprise! Come in! Come in!" I heard a faint voice say

"Goodmorning! I'm looking for Bailey?" I heard a faint yet familiar voice asked

"Oh he's upstairs! So..." That other faint voice said and went with a conversation.

"Why is Ylona here? Is she here to talk to me about punching Franco? 'Her love at first sight'? Ugh." I thought to myself then finished fixing my stuff and went downstairs.

"Bailey!" Ylona said

"Ylona? What are you doing here?" I asked her

"I wanna walk with you. Like old times. So let's go?" She said

"Ok..." I said really confused. Then we went out together.

"Bye sweetie! See you later after school!" My mom shouted.

"Ok mom! Bye!" I said then left with Ylona.

"So... How's your head?" She asked me.

"Oh... It's fine. Just a little headache. But I'm fine. I don't need any medical attention of some sort." I said in detail because I usually say it straight but I wanna mess with Ylona today so I'm pretending to be different. I wonder on how she will react.

This is gonna be fun and I wonder what she will say about me when I am different. Thank you head for getting hurt (not really) and making me mess with Ylona!
