Zoro and Robin were still at the park and it was only an hour away 'til midnight comes.
"Don't you want to head back?" Zoro proposed as he yawned.
Robin shook her head. "I wont go home 'til 11:11, you can head back if you want to,"
Zoro refused anyway. "I'll stay," Robin just nodded to acknowledge him.
They were just stargazing until 11:11 PM came.
Robin closed her eyes to make a wish.
"Oi, woman-"
"Shh, make a wish Zoro," Robin said. Zoro took one last glance at her and hesitantly closed his eye.
'I want a switch.' Zoro wished.
'I want him... to be happy.' was Robin's wish.
They simultaneously opened their eyes.
"What did you wish for?" Robin curiously asked Zoro.
"Aren't we supposed to tell?" Zoro asked and Robin nodded.
"Well, it's fine if you're not comfortable sharing,"
Zoro nodded. "I'll tell," He faced Robin. "It's, uh, kinda stupid though," He started. "I want a switch,"
Robin laughed. "Fufufu, what for?"
"For my feelings," Zoro said bluntly.
"I thought you've moved on from her?" Robin asked, hearing his wish was, her heart ached, tears wanted to come out, but she just held them in.
"I have," Zoro answered. Robin was plainly confused.
"Then what's the switch for?"
"So I can turn my feelings on and off. ON for the right time but OFF for now,"
"Why would you want that?" Robin asked and thought. 'Maybe he fell in love with a new girl. She's lucky.'
"'Cause it f*cking hurts Robin!" Zoro suddenly burst. He looked away from her and scratched the back of his neck. "I'm sorry,"
"It's okay. Do you still want to continue?" Robin said kindly. 'Probably, when he tells me the truth, I could just accept and finally move on. But it's not that easy.' she thought.
Robin and Zoro have been friends since first grade, until now. They've always been together and know all of each other's secrets. There were times where Zoro would have girlfriends, Robin wouldn't care. She knew that they'd break up eventually. It was always Zoro who broke hearts. Except for Kuina's case. It was Kuina who broke his heart. Since then, Zoro was always depressed. Before they broke up, they talked about something that Zoro didn't want to discuss with Robin, but she just let him be. After that, he'd always ask for Robin's company whenever he was sick, pester Robin while she's studying, got clingy, always said things like ' I love you so much Robin' which Robin saw as jokes and he always protected her of course.
"I think I should," Zoro said. "But let me ask you something first, had you ever had a boyfriend or loved someone?"
Robin nodded. "We've been together since forever and you don't know about that? A boyfriend, no. But I love someone,"
"Who?" Zoro asked and looked at her. There was this one time that he swore to himself that he'd kill the guy. Robin always cried and whenever Zoro would ask, she'd tell him that it's about this guy that she's getting confused about and can't understand. He just can't stand seeing her cry for someone who just hurt her.
"The one I always cried about,"
"I'll cut him for you," Zoro suggested while Robin laughed.
"I don't want you getting yourself hurt, okay?" Robin said. To her, what she said had a double meaning. But she knew that Zoro was that stupid to look at it just the way she said it.
