Thats the screaming sound of my mother telling me to wake up. We have go pick up Kenzie from her 3 day stay at Jojo's .
I don't understand why I have to go! I'm 13 , I can stay home by myself. I put on a random bright pink sweater with some sweatpants that my best friend Chloe gave me before.... Before she..

I run down the steps my mom is waiting for me.
"Shoot"! I say.
"Maddie we have to go!"
"I know I left my phone upstairs!"
I run up the stairs as quick as I can and grab my Phone.
We arrive at Jojo's House. My mom tells me to go to the door and get kenz myself.
I ring the doorbell. No one answers. I ring it again twice. Jojo answers.
"Oh hey Jojo , Kenz has to lea-"
"Um maddie Kenz left yesterday" She says in a sassy tone.
"Is this some kind of Joke?" I say.
"No, She walked out the door and got in a red car"
"MADDIE WHERE IS KENZIE" my mom screams out the car.
I'm to shocked to respond where is Kenzie? I think to myself. What if she's
in danger?
"Well bye" Jojo says shutting the door.
"Wait Jojo!"
"Ugh what" she says.
"Where is your mom?" I say
That's when I knew something was up.
She quickly shut the door . But I didn't let her. I push the door open and it slams against the wall so loud the neighbors could hear.
"MADDIE" my mom yells and storms out the car.
"WERE IS MY SISTER YOU LITTLE BRAT" I scream.
"SHUT UP" She screams back.
I look back at my mom she's racing toward the door. Looking very upset. Were the hell is mackenzie??!! She says very upset. I look back to see Jojo running up the stairs into her room and locking the door. I try to run up but before I could start I was stopped by a loud buzz. An amber alert.
There pops up my 11 year old sister.
"Missing Mackenzie Frances Ziegler"
My eyes pop wide open all time stops.
My mother drops to the floor crying.
Mackenzie has been Kidnapped.
