•Chapter 2•

I woke up and I took shower.
I was so excited for tonight! Me and Amelia were going to a 5sos concert!

After my shower I blow dried my hair and put it up in a messy bun.
I put on black sweat pants that say Duke (cause I'm a Duke fan🙅🏼) and a Duke lacrosse shirt.

I went downstairs to see my parents in the dining having pancakes and coffee, this is weird they don't have any electronics or papers. WHATS GOING ON!

"Good morning daring." My mom said with a bright smile that made me flinch.
"Hi..." I said weirdly.
"Here you go." Jeff (our chief) gave me a plate of blueberry and chocolate chip pancakes (my fav) and coffee
"Thank you Jeff." I said smiling.
"Honey we have to tell you something." My dad finally spoke out.
"Oh no what did McDonald's run out of ice cream, SHIT!" I said.
My parents looked at me with wide eyes.
"No, what is McDonald's and WATCH YOUR LANGUAGE!" My mom said.
I rolled my eyes.
"Well anyways, so me and your father have been friends with this wonderful family.
So when I was pregnant with you me and daddy's friends were pregnant with twin boys.-"
She was started but I interrupted.
"I'm guessing they are rich then.." I said sighing.
"Yes they work with us, so we wanted our first born to be married together, LET ME FINISH!" I just got red and furious but still quiet. "So we made a legally arranged marriage for you and her oldest boy." She finished.
"WHAT THE FUCK!" I shouted as I stood up.
"Look honey I know it seems bad but the boy is a wonderful person!" My dad said.
I started to crying with fury.
"Audrey, and the best news is your getting married soon and meeting him tonight!" My mom said so passionately clapping her hands.
"TONIGHT IM GOING TO THE 5 SECONDS OF SUMMER CONCERT!" I said holding my hands in my face.
"Well we are sorry." My dad said sipping his coffee.
"FUCK YOU!" I said while I stopped crying.
"DONT SAY THAT TO YOUR FATHER!" My mom said getting up to.
"YOU KNOW WHAT FUCK YOU TOO!" I said leaving and running to my room and slamming the door.

"He can't be that bad." Amelia said sitting on my bed while I was pacing back and forth in my room.
"What if he's a nerd. What if he's a fuckboii?! What if-" I was worrying but then Amelia interrupted.
"What ifs, who cares! Well what if we try to impress him." She said with a smirk.
She went in my closet and (everything shown above) picked out a tight black dress, black heels, my make up bag, this diamond bracelet I got from my parents, and my hair supply bag.

Three hours later:
"You look amazing!" Amelia said as we looked at me in the mirror.
"For once I feel pretty" I said.
I hugged Amelia.
"Thank you so much." I said in her ear.
"Hey I didn't have to do anything, I just showed what you are capable of." She kissed my cheek and left to go to the concert.

"AUDREY TIME TO GO!" My dad yelled.

Okay Audrey get it together, don't be rude, be normal and happy. Well hell in meeting the person in getting an arranged marriage.
