The next day I decided to cut my hair. I gently floated down from my hammock and landed. I headed out of the warehouse and down the alley way where people were. People walked past me, not even stopping to say hi or see if I needed help. I slowly slip outa pair of scissors of a lady's purse and a brush.
I quickly run back and get a piece of mirror glass from a dumpster. My hair is tangled so it was hard to brush. I get every tangle out and start cutting a style. The style I picked is emo because I saw a boy wearing his hair that way. Amazingly, I do it perfect and enjoy the nice cut.
I keep the brush and scissors in case I need them again. I look out the window when a blond haired girl walking down the alley. She is wearing a turquoise jacket, black shoes, and holy jeans. She looks my age but I have never seen such a cute girl. I hide and watch her pass by my warehouse. Her eyes look like a husky eye blue and she has freckles.
She soon leaves because her father calls her home. I watch after her and watch her leave. I sigh and continue my day. I walk to a pond and strip down. I make sure no one is near and bathe.
I use a bar of soap I stole and a bottle of shampoo. Sometimes I don't get a chance to take a bath because I need that time to go get food and water. I stay in the water for two hours and then get out. I had to wash my clothes too. I finally finish and head back without being seen.
I lay out my clothes and put on new. Life is tough without my caretaker but I manage to survive day by day. I get more curious about the world that I hide from and want to explore. So I do, and watch from the shadows. The sun shines over head and people grow less abundant.
I stay longer and watch how they react to each other and how they communicate regularly. As the sun sets, two boys walk across the parking lot and stumble around. I smell alcohol and drugs from a far distance. They bump into me and say,"Watch where your going punk!". The other punches me and I fall down with a grunt.
They start kicking my stomach and face. I don't know how to fight. So I do my best to defend my body. I cough up blood when they kick my chest. I start feeling numb and slowly stand.
The get a good look of my face and laugh. "He's a freak! Let's hurt him! He'll be lucky if he lives!", they say darkly. Now I get pissed and have voices tell me,"finish them before they finish you!" I twitch badly and say,"hey fuck face!". "Who you calling a fuck face?!?", they say. "You.", I reply.
I punch them so hard their jaws break. Blood touches my hands and a smile crosses my face. They whimper in pain as they hold their jaws. "Aw. Does it hurt? Now who is the freak?", I say while I break their necks with a single kick of my boot. I quickly grab them and put them in a dumpster.
I wash off their blood and go back home. I look in the piece of mirror and see cuts on my face. I sigh and wash them. For a ten year old I am very strong. I don't sleep that whole night but I continue to fix up the warehouse.
