Trouble in Paradise

I woke up feeling refreshed with a little snuggle buddy next to me in bed. Crow looked adorable curled up by my side.

I got up showered and got dressed. I quietly made my way to the kitchen to make Andy and I breakfast. If I'm going to stay here I'm not going to seem ungrateful about it.

I snooped through the pantry and the fridge to figure out what I can make, but I needed a recipe to follow. I found Andy's laptop and got on to google for an easy but fancy looking breakfast.

I ended up making French toast with berries and bananas topped with syrup, brown sugar oatmeal with chocolate chips, and some tomato and mushroom omelets. It looked so delicious. I finished just in time.

The sweet scent coming from my kitchen woke me up, my mouth watered when I saw what Cece had made for us.

"Wow this looks amazing!"

"It's the least I can do for having me stay with you" she said.

We ate and talked about touring and how we prep to go on the road. I tried to stay away from asking her anything about her situation since she looked so happy today. Seeing her happy made me happy.

"Oh my god, that was the best breakfast ever" I said with a full belly.

"Thank you, to be honest I was worried it wouldn't have turned out this good. I'm just as surprised as you are."

"I think cooking is your calling, this is a 5 star breakfast and I mean that wholeheartedly".

I should take her out today she's probably never had a fun day.

"Do you wanna go out today?" I asked.

"What-".

"Go out. It's really early we can go hiking at Runyon canyon. We can go to Santa Monica and have a carnival day, or we can do something you've always wanted to do." -please say yes

"Ok. Yeah! That sounds fun".

-Yes!- I'm so happy.

I showered and got dressed faster than I had ever before, grabbed my phone, keys, and wallet and we were out the door.

"Ok. What's the first thing you want to do" I asked

"I want to get a phone..."

"A what-" I said confused.

"I want a phone, I've never had my own and if I did it was a flip phone".

"Ok. Let's go get you a phone".

We arrived at a T-Mobile store and got her a phone with my phone plan. She was so exited to have her first smart phone. She was playing with the features and all the ring tones while we sat in the car.

"Smile!" She said

"Cheeeeeeeeeeeese".

"That's gana be my lock screen" she said excitedly.

"So what's your plan? What do you want to do here in LA".

She sat back and stood quiet for a minute before speaking.

"I don't know. I took over a girls audition a few weeks ago and I killed it, but since that one I haven't been doing good. I planed on maybe getting small rolls to make a living. I don't really have a plan I'm just doing stuff as it comes along."

"Well you can still do that I know people that can help... you know what. Let's not think about that right now. Let's go shopping you need stuff."

"Ok let's go."
