"Are you sure you're okay?" I heard Sarah's voice through my phone.
"Don't worry Sar , I'm fine". Fine. My favourite word over the last 4 months. The word that lets the world believe I am actually "okay" everyday.
"I love you El. Goodbye."
"I love you too. Bye" I say back.
My best friend of eight years cannot even see I am falling apart. I just lay in bed, thinking.
I want to die. A bridge. A high building. One too many pils. A clean cut down my forearm. But I couldn't do it. I was too cowardly for that.
