@justmaxingoutourplot asked:

{ Gaster, I'm assuming from the comment about Sans' humor, you're his and Papyrus' father? If so, are they from you and Grillby "getting it on", or was there someone before Grillby? (PS you two are adorable together.) }

.

Gaster perks up at the complement.

GASTER: *Us two old men? Why, thank you!

Grillby looks down, feeling a bit awkward. Gaster sees this and clutches his hand. Gaster whispers to him.

GASTER: *It's fine, right?

The flame sighs and nods his head, smiling lightly.

GRILLBY: *Yes of course. I have heard the explanation once, I can hear it again.

At hearing this, Gaster leans forward, resting his head in his hands. He sits still in silence for a moment, a distant expression on his face. You cross your legs, unsure of what to expect. He clears his thoat.

GASTER: *As you might or might not have known, I have worked in the king's palace as a royal scientist for a while... And when I wasn't working on the core, I had my own types of adventures. Hopefully, you personally know the two, right? Good boys they are. I felt very accomplished when I created them.

*Anyways, first off I'd like to add that it is physically impossible for a male of any species to actually become pregnant and conceive children, even if two males like us were to... Get it on.

*So to answer your question; no, the boys are not product of us two having a sexual relationship-

Grillby giggled like the school girl he was, his face darkening. Gaster looks embarrassed: he was covering half his face, although you could still see it through the gaping holes in his hands.

GASTER: *A-although those days are far, far behind us! We d-don't, I mean- sometimes, um...

The fireman hugs his lover's arm and hides his face in his shoulder, continuing with his giggle fit. You grin at them. The two were very adorable indeed.

Gaster chuckles sheepishly.

GASTER: *Now, you must be wondering where my 'sons' came from. It's quite simple, really.

*I thought of what it would be like to have a clone and tried using my own DNA and magic. Trust me, it was quite troublesome. Took me a while to get it right, although I hadn't realized that I had messed up with the size proportions. As you can see, Sans isn't the tallest.

Gaster sighs happily.

*But that didn't matter. Even after creating Papyrus, who I had actually done the size right, I still loved him.

*When Sans was old enough, I taught him a bit about my projects and even showed him to master his magic. Then I did something that I was hesitant to:

*Resetting the timeline. I'm sure you are all too familiar with it,

At this, Grillby glanced up at him.

GRILLBY: *Resetting the what? That's possible!?

Uh oh. Looks like Gaster hadn't explained that to Grillby!

You sit there awkwardly as Grillby begins to rant angrily at his lover. This was going to be a very long day.
