You stare at the crisp shirt that was sitting on the chair next to you as a stylist pinned your freshly coloured hair up into a ringlet-filled bun. They had coloured your hair blonde instead of your beloved ombré look, and your ruby coloured lips were tilted into a frown as you ripped your eyes away from the baby blue button up.
You closed your eyes, listening to your annoying family coo over you- the annoying puffy white dress and tight corset too much for a fake wedding.
The bridesmaids-Mikasa, Historia, Annie, Ymir, and Sasha- filed out of the room, and soon the dreaded music began to play.
It was even played by an organ.
An organ.
It was the funeral of your freedom.
You walked out to in front of the doors, your father linking his arms in yours.
A bright grin was plastered on his face as you kept yours stoic, hiding the panic that was trying to claw its way up your throat. You were seriously considering becoming the next 'runaway bride'. You let out a long, pent up sigh, and watched the doors open.
The bright lights and scent of flowers left you in a dizzy, nauseous state as your father guided you down the isle, your head pounding as adrenaline pumped through your veins, scorching and making every cell hyper-aware of every persons gaze that lingered on you.
The adrenaline continued to sweep through you, leaving you dizzy and sick to your ever-loving stomach. With every step, your muscles clenched more, your stomach tied itself in knots as vomit welled up in your throat.
As his steely, cold gaze landed on you, the urge to run intensified.
"If I have sex with you, it won't mean anything."
Beneath your calm mask, you were internally on a meltdown level of panic, your hands shaking as sweat collected along your brow. Dear god I'm sorry for cussing so much but this punishment was a teensy bit too harsh. You had resorted to prayer- hoping maybe that if you begged enough an angel would come down and roundhouse kick Levi in the face. But as you stood in front of him, both of you facing each other, you realized that no amount of praying would get you out of this predicament. The pastor began to say things, but the blood rushing in your ears didn't quite let you hear what he was saying. "...repeat after me."
Levi's smooth tongue repeated the worthless vows, and then you somehow managed to get them out without stuttering. Not to mention the migraine was coming back from the stunt you had pulled the previous night. The pastor then turned to Levi. "Do you, Levi, take (Y/N) to be your lawfully wedded wife, to have and to hold, until death do you part?" He held your gaze, a cold warning held in them as he evenly answered, "I do."
The pastor then turned to you.
"Do you, (Y/N), take Levi, to be your lawfully wedded husband, to have and to hold until death do you part?"Your hands trembled, and your tongue darted out to moisten your dry lips as you could feel your parents staring holes into your head.
"I do."
